Appr\u00eat : 90 minutes \u00e0 couvert \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<br><br><strong>Pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la cuisson<\/strong><br>Tourner les tranches dans le sucre cannelle, poser sur les p\u00e2tons. Il est recommand\u00e9 de choisir des fruits doux et stables \u00e0 la cuisson.<br><br><strong>Cuisson<\/strong><br>Placer au four moyennement chaud (de pr\u00e9f. \u00e0 air chaud) avec de la vapeur. Apr\u00e8s \u00be de cuisson, renverser les produits, retirer les nattes avec pr\u00e9caution et finir de cuire brun dor\u00e9.<br><br><strong>Finition<\/strong><br>Retourner la natte Flexipan et filer le sucre caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 dessus, laisser tirer et placer sur les frivolit\u00e9s pour d\u00e9corer.<br><br><strong>Autre variante<\/strong><br>Couper des tranches fines, les diviser en 4, les m\u00e9langer avec le sucre cannelle et les morceaux de p\u00e2te.
