Peter Speck, patron de la confiserie \u00e9ponyme \u00e0 Zoug, repr\u00e9sentera la Suisse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membre du jury aux Swiss Chocolate Masters \u00e0 trois reprises et pr\u00e9sident l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Peter Speck fera pour la premi\u00e8re fois partie des jur\u00e9s \u00e0 Paris-Porte de Versailles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Que repr\u00e9sentent les World Chocolate Masters (WCM) ?<\/strong><br>Les WCM sont le plus grand et le plus important concours destin\u00e9 aux chocolatiers. Je me r\u00e9jouis \u00e9videmment d\u2019en \u00eatre si proche. Mon palais est d\u00e9j\u00e0 impatient de d\u00e9couvrir toutes ces combinaisons de go\u00fbts captivantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment est la collaboration entre les jur\u00e9s ?<\/strong><br>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, je n\u2019ai encore eu aucun contact avec les autres membres. Suisses, nous avons toutefois un petit avantage : nous avons l\u2019habitude de collaborer malgr\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes langues. N\u00e9anmoins, cela risque d\u2019\u00eatre plus compliqu\u00e9 avec des Japonais ou des Chinois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allez-vous visiter le Salon du chocolat qui se d\u00e9roule en m\u00eame temps ?<\/strong><br>Je ne m\u2019attends pas \u00e0 avoir beaucoup de temps. J\u2019esp\u00e8re toutefois de pouvoir en voir une partie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui vous int\u00e9resse le plus ?<\/strong><br>D\u00e9guster, je peux le faire au sein du jury. Je suis donc plut\u00f4t \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles id\u00e9es. Avant tout, j\u2019aimerais simplement savourer l\u2019engouement pour le chocolat !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salon-du-chocolat-un-voyage-pour-les-sens\">Salon du chocolat : un voyage pour les sens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9dition 2018 du Salon du chocolat se tiendra du 31 octobre au 4 novembre \u00e0 Paris-Porte de Versailles. Plus de 500 participants de 60 pays sont annonc\u00e9s sur une surface de 20 000 m2 ; l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de trois terrains de football.<br>L\u2019espace \u00ab B to B \u00bb accueillera les professionnels. Ils y retrouveront une s\u00e9lection de fournisseurs et fabricants de mat\u00e9riels destine\u0301s aux chocolatiers et p\u00e2tissiers.
