La remise en question est de fait importante avec l\u2019ouverture des possibilit\u00e9s de production sur l\u2019ensemble de la journ\u00e9e afin d\u2019offrir des produits frais, y compris en toute fin d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. Les outils technologiques le permettent.<br>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tendre la gamme au snacking au sens large correspond aux modifications alimentaires en fonction du lieu de travail et du temps \u00e0 disposition.
