Le chocolatier suisse Elias L\u00e4derach figure parmi les 21 participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Paris, les finalistes des WCM viendront de Suisse, d\u2019Allemagne, d\u2019Arabie, d\u2019Australie, de Belgique, de Chine, de Cor\u00e9e du Sud, du Danemark, des Etats-Unis, d\u2019Espagne, de France, de Grande-Bretagne, de Hollande, d\u2019Irlande, d\u2019Italie, du Japon, du Maroc, du Mexique, de Pologne, de Russie et de Singapour.<br>Durant les trois jours du concours, ils devront pr\u00e9senter sept produits au jury. Le th\u00e8me est \u00ab Futropolis \u00bb, et dans ce contexte le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne croissant des m\u00e9gapoles. En 2025, la moiti\u00e9 de la population mondiale vivra dans des villes de 10 millions d\u2019habitants ou plus, \u00e9crit l\u2019organisateur Barry Callbaut sur son site internet. Des villes dans lesquelles se rencontrent l\u2019art, le design, la gastronomie et bien plus encore. Comment d\u00e9finiront-elles les futurs ar\u00f4mes ? Comment influenceront-elles la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de chocolat et de p\u00e2tisserie ? Plus de 500 participants de 60 pays sont annonc\u00e9s sur une surface de 20 000 m2 ; l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de trois terrains de football.<br>L\u2019espace \u00ab B to B \u00bb accueillera les professionnels. Ils y retrouveront une s\u00e9lection de fournisseurs et fabricants de mat\u00e9riels destin\u00e9s aux chocolatiers et p\u00e2tissiers.
