En 2014, j\u2019\u00e9tais candidate. Quatre ans plus tard, j\u2019\u00e9tais de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 : experte membre du jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-grande-decouverte-reciproque\">Une grande d\u00e9couverte r\u00e9ciproque<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fonction et les SwissSkills en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral m\u2019ont combl\u00e9e de joie. J\u2019\u00e9tais cependant un peu nerveuse. La mission d\u2019expert ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e. Je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas certaine d\u2019avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9uni suffisamment d\u2019exp\u00e9riences pour lui faire honneur. J\u2019ai n\u00e9anmoins fait tout mon possible pour \u00e9valuer avec honn\u00eatet\u00e9 les candidats et leurs r\u00e9alisations. Le fait de presque tous les conna\u00eetre \u00e9tait un atout.<br>J\u2019ai fait leur connaissance environ trois mois avant la comp\u00e9tition, lors de la journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont. Je leur ai pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 plusieurs techniques et id\u00e9es de produits de comp\u00e9tition. J\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 des jeunes professionnels tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-moments-d-emotion-extreme\">Des moments d\u2019\u00e9motion extr\u00eame<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De ce fait, le jour J, j\u2019ai trembl\u00e9 avec chaque candidat, lorsque le temps filait ou lorsque des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition n\u2019adh\u00e9raient pas. Il m\u2019a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 en partie difficile d\u2019assister au transport de la r\u00e9alisation vers la table d\u2019exposition. Je connais trop bien le ressenti. Durant ces quatre journ\u00e9es, j\u2019ai souvent song\u00e9 \u00e0 mes propres championnats, \u00e0 ce que j\u2019avais \u00e9prouv\u00e9.<br>Je dois avouer que certains candidats \u00e9taient beaucoup plus d\u00e9tendus que moi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque. Travailler face \u00e0 tant de spectateurs, avec un tel bruit de fond, n\u2019est vraiment pas chose ais\u00e9e. Cela m\u00e9rite un grand respect. De plus, l\u2019infrastructure dans son ensemble est toujours quelque peu diff\u00e9rente de celle d\u2019une boulangerie courante. Cependant, dans ce domaine aussi, il n\u2019y a eu pratiquement aucun probl\u00e8me. La comp\u00e9tition a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussie globalement. Les concurrents se sont disput\u00e9 loyalement des m\u00e9dailles bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-grandes-retrouvailles\">De grandes retrouvailles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ne sont pas les uniques raisons pour lesquelles les SwissSkills 2018 resteront d\u2019excellents souvenirs. J\u2019ai eu un plaisir fou \u00e0 travailler avec toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe du stand et \u00e0 constater combien chacun s\u2019investit pour nos professions et les repr\u00e9sente avec fiert\u00e9.<br>J\u2019ai revu de nombreux amis de l\u2019\u00e9quipe SwissSkills. Nous nous sommes rem\u00e9mor\u00e9 les WordSkills d\u2019Abu Dhabi, lors de la soir\u00e9e du club des supporters. Durant cette soir\u00e9e, j\u2019ai certes revu mes camarades d\u2019\u00e9quipe, mais aussi rencontr\u00e9 des participants d\u2019autres ann\u00e9es. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de candidats aux EuroSkills ou aux WorldSkills, nous nous sommes imm\u00e9diatement compris. Nous avons trouv\u00e9 spontan\u00e9ment des th\u00e8mes communs . Ce sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 un groupe est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des comp\u00e9titions.
