Roger Mohn, de Thurgovie, raconte ce que repr\u00e9sente le beurre pour lui.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secret du succ\u00e8s serait-il aussi simple que cela ? \u00ab Dans nos produits, nous utilisons la part maximale de beurre autoris\u00e9e pour la pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Roger Mohn. Avec sa femme Lorena, il dirige la boulangerie Mohn qui compte huit \u00e9tablissements dans le canton de Thur\u00adgovie. Leurs produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9<br>distingu\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, notamment leur tresse qui a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 cinq fois de suite la premi\u00e8re place du Swiss Bakery Trophy. Les Mohn en sont convaincus : c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce au beurre.<br>\u00ab La saveur du beurre est tout simplement pure \u00bb, raconte Roger Mohn. Le fin gourmet sent la diff\u00e9rence. Pour lui, la provenance des ingr\u00e9dients est la premi\u00e8re des priorit\u00e9s. Il s\u2019approvisionne en beurre aupr\u00e8s de la fromagerie Ernst Oettli AG, tenue par Markus Hengartner, \u00e0 Illighausen dans le canton de Thurgovie.<br>A partir du mois de novembre, le beurre suisse sera \u00e0 nouveau au c\u0153ur de la promotion Swissmilk du beurre pour les boulangers. Pour remercier les boulangeries de mettre en valeur le beurre suisse \u00e0 travers leurs produits, Swissmilk leur offre un cadeau \u00e0 donner \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le. Pour toute commande de 30 kg, les boulangeries re\u00e7oivent gratuitement un pr\u00e9sentoir de 20 cabas en coton, comportant une carte de participation \u00e0 un concours. Le boulanger montre ainsi l\u2019importance qu\u2019il accorde aux produits r\u00e9gionaux de haute qualit\u00e9. En plus de recevoir un cabas, le client peut tenter de gagner l\u2019un des prix du concours. La promotion s\u2019\u00e9tend de novembre \u00e0 fin d\u00e9cembre ; dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
