Les frais de base et de fabrication doivent donc \u00eatre examin\u00e9s avec la plus grande attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tendance-un-salaire-minute-moyen-plutot-bas\">Tendance : un salaire minute moyen plut\u00f4t bas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis d\u00e9cembre 2016, la SBC Fiduciaire calcule pour tous ses clients le salaire minute moyen dans la production ainsi que le taux de majoration. D\u2019apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re tendance, force est de constater que ce point essentiel doit \u00eatre examin\u00e9 de plus pr\u00e8s, car les calculs sont trop souvent trait\u00e9s avec n\u00e9gligence. Et ce, malgr\u00e9 que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts soit toujours plus importante pour la survie, Les premi\u00e8res analyses statistiques ont donn\u00e9 les valeurs moyennes suivantes : le salaire minute s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 62 centimes et le taux de majoration, \u00e0 97 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-calcul-doit-absolument-etre-individuel\">Le calcul doit absolument \u00eatre individuel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces valeurs varient cependant consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019autre, le salaire minute se situant entre 59 et 63 centimes et le taux de majoration, entre 97 et 105 %. C\u2019est pourquoi, il est important d\u2019effectuer le calcul avec son propre taux. Dans tous les cas, il vaut la peine de calculer le taux de sa propre entreprise ou de le faire calculer par SBC Fiduciaire SA. De plus, les majorations pour profits et pertes devraient \u00e9galement \u00eatre ajust\u00e9es selon les circonstances individuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-valeur-indicative-limitee\">Une valeur indicative limit\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le calcul des frais de base est toutefois relativement simple et n\u2019a qu\u2019une valeur indicative limit\u00e9e. La raison en est que ce genre de calcul ne fait aucune diff\u00e9rence entre les divers canaux de distribution, tels que les magasins, les caf\u00e9s et la vente en gros ou le bus des neuf heures et le stand du march\u00e9, pour lesquels les frais occasionn\u00e9s sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Pour bien, il faudrait effectuer un calcul beaucoup plus complet et diff\u00e9renci\u00e9, ce qui est d\u2019ailleurs fortement recommand\u00e9 pour une entreprise de plus grande taille.<br>D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, sur la base des premi\u00e8res \u00e9valuations statistiques de SBC Fiduciaire SA, on peut dire que le salaire minute des entreprises de boulangerie-confiserie pure se situe plut\u00f4t au bas de l\u2019\u00e9chelle et celui des entreprises de boulangerie-confiserie avec caf\u00e9, plut\u00f4t vers le haut. Il en va de m\u00eame pour le taux de majoration qui est aussi l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en moyenne pour les entreprises avec caf\u00e9 et les succursales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-client-participe-a-la-decision\">Le client participe \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord et avant tout, il est important de conna\u00eetre les frais de base aussi pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment que possible, et ce n\u2019est qu\u2019ensuite qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9tablir le prix. Et malgr\u00e9 tous les calculs, il faut aussi mentionner que le march\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le consommateur, d\u00e9termine dans une grande mesure ce qu\u2019il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 payer pour un produit, bien que les entreprises de boulangerie puissent \u00e9galement avoir une influence concr\u00e8te \u00e0 ce sujet.
