Le succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pend de l\u2019inspiration, de la motivation et de l\u2019engagement au travail, selon la responsable de la filiale de la confiserie Roggwiller \u00e0 Saint-Gall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de mon enseignement secondaire sup\u00e9rieur, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 un stage d\u2019orientation professionnelle dans le m\u00e9tier de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail. J\u2019ai tout de suite remarqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait de mon m\u00e9tier de r\u00eave. Lors du choix professionnel, il m\u2019\u00e9tait avant tout important que le m\u00e9tier que j\u2019allais apprendre me fasse plaisir.<br>Durant mon apprentissage, je me suis toujours investie avec enthousiasme. Ce que je faisais me passionnait. Tous les matins, je me r\u00e9veillais motiv\u00e9e. Je me r\u00e9jouissais de la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. A chaque fois, cela me montrait que j\u2019avais choisi le bon m\u00e9tier.<br>La joie, la motivation et les int\u00e9r\u00eats vari\u00e9s du personnel de vente se refl\u00e8tent aussi sur la client\u00e8le. Les produits de haute qualit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre vendus de mani\u00e8re correspondante. Si cela n\u2019est pas le cas, alors la client\u00e8le insatisfaite se retire et ne revient plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prete-pour-la-prochaine-etape\">Pr\u00eate pour la prochaine \u00e9tape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 cinq ann\u00e9es dans la vie professionnelle, j\u2019ai suivi une formation continue en tant que sp\u00e9cialiste de la branche. Je voulais approfondir mon savoir professionnel et en apprendre davantage. Cette formation m\u2019a aussi fait tr\u00e8s plaisir et j\u2019\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9e. Pour moi, cette d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait parfaite.<br>La formation termin\u00e9e, je me suis sentie plus confiante. Je me trouve maintenant avec les deux pieds bien plant\u00e9s dans la vie professionnelle. Pour cette raison, je conseille une for-mation continue \u00e0 tous ceux qui exercent leur m\u00e9tier avec passion. Aujourd\u2019hui, je me r\u00e9jouis de pouvoir transmettre mon nouveau savoir \u00e0 des apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gentillesse-et-obligeance\">Gentillesse et obligeance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsable de la filiale, j\u2019attache beaucoup d\u2019importance \u00e0 ce que mon \u00e9quipe serve notre client\u00e8le de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9venante. Lorsque je fais moi-m\u00eame les courses, je pr\u00eate aussi atten-tion au service. Si le personnel de vente est serviable et motiv\u00e9, alors j\u2019y retourne avec plaisir. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, j\u2019\u00e9vite ce magasin, m\u00eame si les produits sont de qualit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e.<br>Puisqu\u2019il est souvent question de service complet dans notre branche, les gestionnaires du commerce de d\u00e9tail sont tr\u00e8s importantes pour le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise. La gentillesse et l\u2019obligeance en font partie. D\u2019une part, nous d\u00e9pendons de notre client\u00e8le et, d\u2019autre part, nous pouvons acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux clients avec ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<br>Par cons\u00e9quent, je suis s\u00fbre que le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une carri\u00e8re d\u00e9pend beaucoup de l\u2019amour port\u00e9 au m\u00e9tier.
