Chaque canton y pr\u00e9sente le candidat ayant obtenu la meilleure moyenne \u00e0 l\u2019examen pratique de fin d\u2019apprentissage. Les cantons formant plus de 20 jeunes gens ont le droit d\u2019en pr\u00e9senter deux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, ils sont cinq \u00e0 relever le d\u00e9fi : Fanny Berger (VD, formation : Aux 1000 Feuilles SA, Payerne \/ employeur actuel : idem) ; Luca Castelli (JU, Philippe Jubin, Courfaivre \/ Jubin Confiseur, Courfaivre) ; J\u00e9r\u00e9my Chardonnens (FR, Marchon &amp; Favre S\u00e0rl, Cottens \/ aucun) ; L\u00e9na D\u00e9crind (FR, Le P\u00e2tissier de la Roche, La Roche \/ idem) ; Duilio Gorla (TI, La Bottega del Fornaio di Guiseppe Piffaretti Sagl, Mendrisio \/ M\u00fcnger SA, Paradiso). Les candidats sont r\u00e9partis en trois groupes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sept t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir<\/strong><br>Les candidats auront sept heures pour confectionner un \u00e9ventail d\u2019articles sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab La Gruy\u00e8re \u00bb : une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition en p\u00e2te, des produits de boulangerie et de petite boulangerie, des snacks et sandwichs, un animal en p\u00e2te \u00e0 tresse, un pain \u00e0 la farine PurEpeautre, des produits en p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e tour\u00e9e et deux tourtes. Le tout sera mis en valeur sur une table d\u2019exposition.<br>Un jury de professionnels se chargera d\u2019\u00e9valuer les travaux, sur la base de plusieurs crit\u00e8res.
