Il est tr\u00e8s important \u00e0 mes yeux que les produits arrivent de mani\u00e8re rapide et non bureaucratique, et de garantir ainsi une cha\u00eene de valeur optimale. Avec cet esprit d\u2019entreprise, je m\u2019engage en faveur d\u2019une agriculture et d\u2019une production r\u00e9gionales.<br>Bien que cela ne change rien aux distances r\u00e9elles, le parcours du bl\u00e9, vers le boulanger et jusque sur le comptoir, est au sens figur\u00e9 de plus en plus long. La bureaucratie croissante et beaucoup de paperasserie prolongent et compliquent tout. Bient\u00f4t on devra d\u00e9finir et contr\u00f4ler la derni\u00e8re paille et le dernier grain. Cette bureaucratisation nuit \u00e0 notre production. A la suite de cette r\u00e9gularisation excessive de l\u2019Etat, les PME se retrouvent en particulier sous une tr\u00e8s forte pression.<br>L\u2019administration et la politique m\u00e9connaissent ce d\u00e9veloppement fatal et entreprennent uniquement de pures mesures symptomatiques. Le courage manque pour des coupures radicales. Mais nous, en tant qu\u2019entrepreneur, nous devrions regarder dans un miroir. Entre nous, nous exigeons aussi de plus en plus, que ce soient par des certifications suppl\u00e9mentaires, des \u00e9valuations de nouvelles normes et des audits externes. Nous avons \u00e9galement besoin de davantage de responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle et de confiance.
