Avec le projet qu\u2019elle a lanc\u00e9 en automne dernier, des r\u00e9sultats extraordinaires ont pu \u00eatre atteints.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans mon premier article, il y a environ une demi-ann\u00e9e, je parlais pleine d\u2019enthousiasme d\u2019un projet r\u00e9gional comportant des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales anciennes. Aujourd\u2019hui, je voudrais raconter ce qu\u2019il en est devenu et en quoi mon quotidien a chang\u00e9.<br><br><strong>Une r\u00e9ussite totale<\/strong><br>Apr\u00e8s des mois d\u2019attente, notre c\u00e9r\u00e9ale ancestrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9e en ao\u00fbt. Le rendement a \u00e9t\u00e9 nettement sup\u00e9rieur aux attentes. Dans un village voisin un ancien moulin a travaill\u00e9 le grain. Il l\u2019a d\u00e9licatement transform\u00e9 en farine pure sans additifs. Puis, c\u2019\u00e9tait au tour de nos boulangers d\u2019\u00e9laborer une recette de pain \u00e0 base de ces farines sp\u00e9ciales. Toutes sortes d\u2019id\u00e9es, de savoir et d\u2019exp\u00e9rience ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rassembl\u00e9es et combin\u00e9es. De nombreux essais et cuissons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir la recette originale actuelle. Nos boulangers ont fait du tr\u00e8s bon travail. Ils ont aussi tenu compte des id\u00e9es et exigences de la vente. Finalement, nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 et lanc\u00e9 notre pain \u00e0 base des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ancestrales lors de la foire d\u2019automne sur place, \u00e0 la fin septembre. Notre client\u00e8le appr\u00e9cie le produit et son histoire. Comme point fort, nous avons gagn\u00e9 une m\u00e9daille d\u2019argent lors du Swiss Bakery Trophy \u00e0 Bulle (FR).<br>Rustique, v\u00e9ritable, honn\u00eate, complet, tendance, r\u00e9gional, traditionnel, savoureux. Voici les adjectifs qui correspondent \u00e0 notre pain aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales anciennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abRustique, v\u00e9ritable, honn\u00eate, complet, tendance, r\u00e9gional, traditionnel, savoureux.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Storytelling<\/strong><br>Nous racontons \u00e0 notre client\u00e8le ce qui se cache derri\u00e8re le produit. Transmettre de la valeur ajout\u00e9e, de l\u2019artisanat et de la passion\u2026Voil\u00e0 ce qui est important. Une vendeuse en boulangerie moderne sait comment \u00e9veiller les \u00e9motions aupr\u00e8s des clients. Ce qui touche le client de mani\u00e8re \u00e9motionnelle lui restera davantage en t\u00eate. Du coup, cela augmente la chance que nos clients reviennent.<br><br><strong>O\u00f9 cela m\u00e8ne-t-il?<\/strong><br>En ce qui concerne la vente, notre branche est donc en pleine mutation. Je trouve captivant \u00e0 quel point les choses changent vite. La personne qui \u00e9veille des \u00e9motions lors de l\u2019entretien de vente et qui promet un bon produit, doit aussi compter sur une forte attente de la part de la client\u00e8le.
