Dans la s\u00e9rie \u00abOur Future\u00bb, il raconte o\u00f9 il peut \u00e0 nouveau reprendre de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis plusieurs semaines, la production de No\u00ebl tourne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime. Chaque geste est millim\u00e9tr\u00e9. Rien n\u2019est touch\u00e9 trop souvent. Tout doit avoir l\u2019air parfait. Les commandes sont fra\u00eechement produites et l\u2019artisanales. Les pens\u00e9es se tournent d\u00e9j\u00e0 en direction de la prochaine \u00e9tape des travaux. Il faut penser \u00e0 tout et ne rien oublier. Un vrai d\u00e9fi ; pas uniquement lors de la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl, mais toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-defi-quotidien-stress-continu\">D\u00e9fi quotidien, stress continu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel employ\u00e9 ne s\u2019est pas reconnu en lisant cette introduction? Pour les uns, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un d\u00e9fi quotidien que l\u2019on aime faire et qu\u2019on essaie de faire le mieux chaque jour. Pour les autres, c\u2019est un stress continu qu\u2019on n\u2019arrive t\u00f4t au tard \u00e0 ne plus g\u00e9rer. Toutefois, tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019entre eux n\u2019en parlent. Il n\u2019y a que l\u2019entourage qui en parle.<br>Avons-nous oubli\u00e9 ce que le temps de libre et la d\u00e9tente veulent dire? N\u2019a-t-on pas le droit de se retirer durant tout un weekend et de plonger dans un livre? Sans avoir mauvaise conscience, parce qu\u2019on pense avoir rat\u00e9 quelque chose. Partir toute une journ\u00e9e en randonn\u00e9e sans regarder toutes les cinq minutes sur son portable, plut\u00f4t focaliser sur ce qui est beau et vivre le moment.<br>Mais comment puis-je sortir mon corps et mon \u00e2me des \u00e9v\u00e9nements quotidiens, afin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau en forme le lendemain?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vivre-intensement-la-nature\">Vivre intens\u00e9ment la nature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus des beaux moments en famille, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la p\u00eache. Un loisir qui me ralentit et qui me remet les pieds sur terre. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie ce loisir. Je peux l\u2019effectuer pratiquement toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, je me trouve en pleine nature et il est vari\u00e9. En m\u00eame temps, on vit la nature de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s intense.
