La 34e \u00e9dition aura lieu pour la premi\u00e8re fois en mars.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organisateurs de la Foire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e suisse en mat\u00e9riel de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie (FBK) \u00e0 Berne ont analys\u00e9 les pr\u00e9occupations des exposants et des visiteurs, et proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des adaptations impliquant davantage d\u2019information, de r\u00e9seautage et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences. \u00ab Nous accordons encore plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 la transmission d\u2018informations et aux \u00e9changes sectoriels. Nous voulons ainsi attirer des visiteuses et visiteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 notre salon et apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les h\u00f4tes \u00bb, souligne Urs Wellauer, directeur de la BCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois en mars<\/strong><br>La FBK est l\u2019unique rendez-vous sectoriel national et global, et a lieu tous les deux ans. Le report de la FBK 2019 de janvier \u00e0 mars (du 17 au 20 mars) permet d\u2019\u00e9viter tout chevauchement avec des salons internationaux (Sigep et Sirha) \u2013 P\u00e2ques tombant le 21 avril, donc un mois apr\u00e8s la fin du salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab Forum FBK \u00bb<\/strong><br>Le premier \u00ab Forum sur les tendances \u00bb de la FBK a eu lieu en 2017. Le grand int\u00e9r\u00eat port\u00e9 \u00e0 ce dernier et les retours tr\u00e8s positifs ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les esp\u00e9rances de la direction du salon. Le \u00ab Forum FBK \u00bb aura donc \u00e0 nouveau lieu en 2019. De petites am\u00e9liorations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es en vue de rendre les blocs th\u00e9matiques encore plus int\u00e9ressants. Plusieurs fois par jour, les visiteuses et visiteurs pourront profiter de d\u00e9monstrations professionnelles et d\u2019interventions sur des tendances et th\u00e8mes d\u2019actualit\u00e9 dans le secteur, qui se veulent des sources d\u2019inspiration. Le \u00ab Forum FBK \u00bb, d\u00e9sormais bien \u00e9tabli, sera traduit simultan\u00e9ment en fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Morceaux choisis de 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pain d\u2019avant-garde : sarrasin, levain, ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s &amp; co.<\/li><li>Perfectionnement de combinaisons d\u2019ar\u00f4mes : food pairing avec Patrick Zbinden, analyste multisensoriel.<\/li><li>Plus de saveur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 moins de sucre et de mati\u00e8res grasses : exp\u00e9riences pratiques.<\/li><li>Conseils de professionnels de la vente : hospitalit\u00e9, pr\u00e9sentation, interface production \/ vente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Echanges et caf\u00e9<\/strong><br>Dans le caf\u00e9 exploit\u00e9 par CafetierSuisse pr\u00e8s du stand de la BCS, les visiteuses et visiteurs pourront savourer des cr\u00e9ations de caf\u00e9s tendances et \u00e9changer avec des baristi exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, des coll\u00e8gues et des repr\u00e9sentants de la BCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab Rendez-vous FBK \u00bb<\/strong><br>Le 2e \u00ab Rendez-vous FBK \u00bb qui aura lieu le lundi 18 mars 2019 de 17 h 15 \u00e0 19 h 30 mise sur le courage et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, qui sont \u00e0 la base de l\u2019innovation et de la survie des entreprises. L\u2019oratrice Cordelia Hagi est une experte en communication sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 depuis plus de 30 ans. Les h\u00f4tes en obtiendront la recette dans le cadre de sa keynote intitul\u00e9e \u00ab Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 d\u2019un simple clic \u00bb.
