Dans ce blog, Savo Hertig, le fondateur de savo.ch explique pourquoi ce n&#8217;est pas le cas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les hydrates de carbone sont souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une publicit\u00e9 n\u00e9gative ou sont m\u00eame omis dans un r\u00e9gime, dans un premier temps.<br>Dans mon Functional Training Center au Wankdorf City, Berne, on me questionne souvent au sujet des hydrates de carbone. \u00ab Qu\u2019en pensez-vous ? \u00bb \u00ab Sont-ils sains ? \u00bb \u00ab Font-ils grossir ou rendent-ils malade ? \u00bb Je r\u00e9ponds souvent que les hydrates de carbone sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s. Ils sont souvent associ\u00e9s au pain, aux p\u00e2tes, \u00e0 la pizza ou au riz. Toutefois, les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes en contiennent aussi.<br>Quantitativement, les hydrates de carbone repr\u00e9sentent le nutriment le plus important pour notre corps. Leur mauvaise r\u00e9putation provient du fait qu\u2019ils sont, par exemple, transform\u00e9s industriellement en simple sucre. Si un corps ne re\u00e7oit que du sucre pur et simple, alors une consommation trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e de ce type de sucre peut rendre malade.<br>Cependant, s\u2019il s\u2019agit de types d\u2019hydrates de carbone multiples ou voire riches en fibres, par exemple des produits de fibres m\u00e9lang\u00e9s ou des produits complets tels qu\u2019ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents pains, alors ils repr\u00e9sentent un apport en \u00e9nergie tr\u00e8s important pour l\u2019organisme. Les hydrates de carbone influencent de mani\u00e8re positive le taux de sucre et de cholest\u00e9rol. Ils assurent un sentiment de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 durable.<br>Cela d\u00e9pend donc du type et de la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019hydrates de carbone que l\u2019on consomme. A la fin de la journ\u00e9e, il faudrait pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 80 % (hydrates de carbone, prot\u00e9ines et mati\u00e8res grasses).
