Il dirige des cours interentreprises (CI) et il est expert des processus de qualification (PQ). Afin de pouvoir bien favoriser le m\u00e9tier, les formateurs doivent toujours \u00eatre \u00e0 jour.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans chaque module des CI nous demandons aux apprentis o\u00f9 ils en sont par rapport \u00e0 leurs pr\u00e9parations PQ. Souvent les apprentis en 2e ann\u00e9e me disent qu\u2019ils sont studieusement en train de saisir des recettes. Lors de la 3e ann\u00e9e, nombreux d\u2019entre eux ont termin\u00e9 leur livre de recettes et commencent \u00e0 s\u2019entra\u00eener pour les examens. Lors de l\u2019examen : pas assez de tresses, du pain trop l\u00e9ger, pas de p\u00e2tisserie glac\u00e9e, des carottes de d\u00e9coration achet\u00e9es, etc. Cette pr\u00e9paration insuffisante est invisible pour les parents, la famille et l\u2019entourage lors de la pr\u00e9sentation finale. Ils ont alors souvent du mal \u00e0 accepter la note. Toutefois, en tant que formateurs, coll\u00e8gues d\u2019\u00e9quipe et chefs, nous pouvons \u00e9viter de telles situations \u00e0 nos apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-s-informer\">S\u2019informer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacun peut commettre une faute. Nous avons aussi d\u00fb saisir une recette de produits semi-finis parce que nous l\u2019avions oubli\u00e9e. H\u00e9las, j\u2019ai d\u00fb constater au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es que les responsables de formation n\u2019avaient pas exactement suivi les instructions. Chers coll\u00e8gues, nous sommes responsables de notre avenir. Nous ne pouvons pas toujours nous plaindre de ne pas obtenir de bonne rel\u00e8ve, que beaucoup d\u2019apprentis changent de m\u00e9tier apr\u00e8s leur formation, et que le march\u00e9 du personnel est en voie de disparation. Formons ensemble notre avenir.<br>Rendez-vous aux r\u00e9unions informatives, lisez les instructions et posez des questions \u00e0 vos chefs. Chaque ann\u00e9e, il y a de petits changements dans les instructions. Seules les personnes qui s\u2019informent chaque ann\u00e9e et qui ne se transforment pas en \u00ab formateur de vieille \u00e9cole \u00bb, peuvent promouvoir notre captivant m\u00e9tier. La rel\u00e8ve est l\u00e0.
