{"id":10775,"date":"2019-02-19T09:29:00","date_gmt":"2019-02-19T08:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=10775"},"modified":"2022-05-24T16:12:25","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T14:12:25","slug":"examen-professionnel-ou-pas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/examen-professionnel-ou-pas\/","title":{"rendered":"Examen professionnel\u2026 ou pas\u2009?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Directrice de la filiale de Cornetto AG \u00e0 Ennenda, Ramona Kamm a \u00e9prouv\u00e9 beaucoup de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette interrogation; la question qui a le plus influ\u00e9 sur son parcours professionnel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai vraiment d\u00e9couvert ma passion au moment o\u00f9 j\u2019ai entam\u00e9 ma formation de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail, en ao\u00fbt 2009.<br>Ma formation termin\u00e9e, j\u2019ai poursuivi mon chemin la t\u00eate pleine des acquis engrang\u00e9s. J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 les deux ann\u00e9es suivantes en entreprise de formation, \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles activit\u00e9s et missions, et \u00e0 m\u2019essayer \u00e0 la fonction de direction. Au bout de cinq ans, j\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 d\u00e9couvrir le monde du travail. J\u2019ai chang\u00e9 d\u2019employeur : je suis rentr\u00e9e chez Cornetto AG. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 dans une filiale, puis j\u2019ai boug\u00e9 pour finir au sein de la filiale principale d\u2019Ennenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-veritable-chaos\">V\u00e9ritable chaos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>aAu cours de ces ann\u00e9es, j\u2019ai \u00e9norm\u00e9ment appris. Toutes ces exp\u00e9riences me sont encore tr\u00e8s utiles aujourd\u2019hui. En prenant la direction de la filiale, je suis aussi devenue responsable des apprentis. Mon cours de ma\u00eetre d\u2019apprentissage termin\u00e9, mon responsable, Hans Jenny, m\u2019a propos\u00e9 de passer l\u2019examen professionnel. J\u2019ai h\u00e9sit\u00e9\u2026 A ce moment de mon parcours, c\u2019\u00e9tait le chaos dans ma t\u00eate. Avec le recul, j\u2019estime que c\u2019est la meilleure question qu\u2019il m\u2019ait pos\u00e9e.<br>Le lancement a eu lieu en ao\u00fbt 2017 : dans le cadre de l\u2019examen pratique, je devais organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Apr\u00e8s les discussions, le produit et le design \u00e9taient d\u00e9finis, seul manquait un nom pour l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Comme je l\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 racont\u00e9, nous avons utilis\u00e9 les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour trouver le bon nom. Au final, nous l\u2019avons trouv\u00e9 : \u00ab Corn\u00f6pfel \u00bb. Nous avons aussi r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de Cornetto AG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-classique-comprehensible-et-moderne\">Classique, compr\u00e9hensible et moderne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a eu lieu un samedi d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, avec de nombreux clients, invit\u00e9s et proches. J\u2019avais tenu \u00e0 proposer quelque chose de classique, mais qui soit aussi compr\u00e9hensible par tous et moderne. M\u2019est alors venue l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00ab roue de la fortune \u00bb. J\u2019ai aussi red\u00e9cor\u00e9 toute la filiale sur cette th\u00e9matique. Une fois cet examen pratique termin\u00e9, j\u2019ai encha\u00een\u00e9 sur la partie th\u00e9orique en octobre dernier. La pression est redescendue d\u2019un coup les examens pass\u00e9s\u2026 J\u2019ai re\u00e7u mes r\u00e9sultats en novembre, ce qui m\u2019a permis de rayer une nouvelle \u00e9tape de la liste de mes objectifs.<br>En mai 2019, je ferai mes premiers pas en tant que stagiaire sur les examens pratiques.
