Une initiative anti-gaspillage salu\u00e9e par la client\u00e8le.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des pains de la veille ont remplac\u00e9 les produits traditionnels de l\u2019automate de la rue Th\u00e9odore St\u00e9fani, \u00e0 Crans. Les clients peuvent y acheter les invendus de la journ\u00e9e. Moyennant deux francs, la boulangerie-confiserie Taillens s\u2019engage \u00e0 leur fournir un pain d\u2019au moins 350 grammes. Depuis la r\u00e9affectation de l\u2019appareil, une vingtaine d\u2019articles prennent ainsi preneurs chaque jour, selon les chiffres de Nicolas Taillens, responsable de la production. \u00ab Ce sont des pains dont la taille et la forme sont adapt\u00e9es au distributeur. Nous les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rons le soir dans nos points de vente. Nous les emballons et notre \u00e9quipe logistique les met en vente le matin. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-triple-raison\">Triple raison<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs raisons expliquent cette d\u00e9cision. L\u2019entreprise souhaitait tout d\u2019abord par son action sensibiliser sa client\u00e8le au gaspillage alimentaire, en luttant activement l\u00e0-contre. Un but qui semble \u00eatre atteint, \u00e0 en croire les statistiques des r\u00e9seaux sociaux apr\u00e8s une semaine : 4128 clics sur la publication, 1500 r\u00e9actions et partages, 33 000 personnes touch\u00e9es.<br>\u00ab Nous voulions aussi proposer du pain de l\u2019artisan aux familles de la r\u00e9gion touch\u00e9es par la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 ; un aliment qui reste de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. \u00bb<br>Finalement, cela permet de donner une deuxi\u00e8me vie au distributeur qui commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 s\u2019essouffler. \u00ab Mis en place dans les ann\u00e9es nonante, il servait surtout au d\u00e9pannage, apr\u00e8s la fermeture des magasins. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-invendus-invendus-pas-perdus\">Invendus invendus\u2026 pas perdus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le total d\u2019invendus repr\u00e9sente environ 5 \u00e0 7 % de la production de la boulangerie-confiserie. A c\u00f4t\u00e9 du distributeur \u00e0 pains, elle redistribue des produits de boulangerie et de p\u00e2tisserie trois fois par semaine \u00e0 deux associations : Sierre partage, depuis 2012, et Lens partage, depuis quelques mois.<br>Quant aux invendus\u2026 invendus : \u00ab Le pain est donn\u00e9 aux agriculteurs de la station pour le b\u00e9tail. Les autres aliments sont achemin\u00e9s pour \u00eatre transform\u00e9 en biogaz. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trop-bien-pour-la-poubelle\">Trop bien pour la poubelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres solutions existent pour lutter contre le gaspillage. L\u2019une d\u2019entre elles, \u00ab Too good to go \u00bb, s\u00e9duit de plus en plus de boulangers-confiseurs : Fleurs de pains, Locatelli, Dubey-Grandjean, Saudan\u2026<br>Le principe est simple : une application propos les invendus de boulangeries-confiseries, des \u00e9tablissements publics et autres magasins d\u2019alimentation \u00e0 petit prix. Les consommateurs r\u00e9servent un panier surprise et viennent le chercher \u00e0 l\u2019heure indiqu\u00e9e. Le paiement se fait via l\u2019application.<br>Pr\u00e9sent en Suisse depuis 2016, ce concept a permis de sauver 140 000 repas.
