Il propose aussi des innovations et des id\u00e9es pour la restauration et l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e9v\u00e9nements enrichiront le salon. Le \u00ab\u2005Rendez-vous FBK\u2005\u00bb se d\u00e9roulera le lundi soir. Des d\u00e9monstrations sur les tendances du secteur auront lieu du lundi au mercredi au \u00ab\u2005Forum FBK\u2005\u00bb. Des entreprises innovantes se pr\u00e9sentent pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 la Foire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e suisse en mat\u00e9riel de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie (FBK) dans la zone start-up.<br>Dans la halle 3.2, une exposition de linges de table, de services et de vaisselles sera \u00e0 voir. Divers exposants de longue date proposeront des invit\u00e9s de marque ou offriront des d\u00e9monstrations. M\u202f+\u202fM Werbartikel GmbH pr\u00e9sentera un d\u00e9fil\u00e9 de mode, dimanche 17\u202fmars, dans la halle 3.2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Source d\u2019inspiration<\/strong><br>La FBK est le rendez-vous de la branche. V\u00e9ritable vitrine du secteur, il s\u2019agit du seul salon sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 de Suisse dans les domaines de la boulangerie, de la p\u00e2tisserie, de la confiserie, du chocolat, de la glace, du caf\u00e9 et des plats \u00e0 emporter.
