L\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise et la transmission de connaissances repr\u00e9sentent un r\u00e9el enrichissement pour la vice-championne junior.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les concours m\u2019ont ouvert de belles opportunit\u00e9s et de nombreuses portes. J\u2019ai pu nouer de nouveaux contacts et exp\u00e9rimenter des collaborations passionnantes, notamment avec l\u2019Association suisse du personnel de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie (aspbpc) sous l\u2019association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re Hotel et Gastro Union. J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 dans la commission des concours et le jury de Brot-Chef. C\u2019est occupation passionnante qui constitue une excellente alternative aux concours et me comble. J\u2019aime m\u2019engager pour nos m\u00e9tiers et pour la rel\u00e8ve. C\u2019est pourquoi je vais travailler comme responsable de r\u00e9seau de l\u2019aspbpc au comit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion de Berne, si ma candidature est accept\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-experience-et-savoir-a-transmettre\">Exp\u00e9rience et savoir \u00e0 transmettre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aime aussi transmettre mon exp\u00e9rience et mes connaissances dans le cadre de cours et de conf\u00e9rences. J\u2019accepte volontiers les mandats\u2005: l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle de Sarnen m\u2019a notamment charg\u00e9e d\u2019un cours de pi\u00e8ce artistique, et Patiswiss SA d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation lors des Sweet Creations Days au centre de formation professionnelle de Bienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tourtes-sweet-tables-et-cookies\">Tourtes, sweet tables et cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis actuellement en Californie. Je fais un stage de trois mois pour me perfectionner dans le domaine des g\u00e2teaux de mariage et de f\u00eate, des sweet tables et des cookies. La Suisse est toujours un peu en retard en la mati\u00e8re. Le fait de vivre loin de chez moi, dans une autre culture, me permet \u00e9galement de grandir et d\u2019avancer dans ma vie personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-on-n-a-jamais-fini-d-apprendre\">On n\u2019a jamais fini d\u2019apprendre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois rentr\u00e9e chez moi en Suisse, j\u2019aimerais continuer \u00e0 me perfectionner. Au fond, on n\u2019a jamais fini d\u2019apprendre et je suis toujours heureuse de d\u00e9couvrir et d\u2019apprendre de nouvelles choses en me d\u00e9passant. J\u2019ai donc pr\u00e9vu de suivre le cours de formatrice pour pouvoir \u00e0 l\u2019avenir mieux accompagner les apprentis dans leur voie.<br>J\u2019ai h\u00e2te de voir o\u00f9 me m\u00e8nera ma carri\u00e8re professionnelle apr\u00e8s mon s\u00e9jour en Am\u00e9rique et \u00e0 quelles t\u00e2ches je pourrai me consacrer avec \u00e9nergie et passion.<br>Dans tous les cas, je suis impatiente de d\u00e9couvrir les belles choses qui m\u2019attendent.
