La direction du salon et Bernexpo AG envisagent d\u2019\u00e9tendre la FBK en une \u00ab\u2009FBKplus\u2009\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galeries de photos FBK 2019 ..\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du 17 au 20\u202fmars 2019, la 34e Foire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e suisse en mat\u00e9riel de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie a enregistr\u00e9 19\u2009350 visiteuses et visiteurs (recul de 15\u202f% par rapport \u00e0 2017). L\u2019ambiance parmi les visiteurs et les exposants s\u2019est \u00e0 nouveau av\u00e9r\u00e9e tr\u00e8s positive, le salon ayant remport\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s. Les conclusions du sondage des visiteurs et des exposants seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le d\u00e9veloppement futur de la FBK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur des foires et salons est en pleine mutation dans tous les secteurs. L\u2019acquisition d\u2018exposants et la mobilisation des visiteurs sont toujours plus complexes. La direction du salon envisage donc, en collaboration avec Bernexpo AG, d\u2019\u00e9tendre la FBK \u00e0 d\u2019autres secteurs alimentaires en tenant compte davantage des prestataires de services et de technologies. En tant que rendez-vous sectoriel, la \u00ab\u2009FBKplus\u2009\u00bb devrait \u00eatre agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e par des manifestations et \u00e9v\u00e8nements de r\u00e9seautage professionnels, orient\u00e9s sur les tendances. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019affluence quotidienne r\u00e9jouissante des visiteurs au Forum FBK 2019 nous conforte dans l\u2019id\u00e9e que nous avons choisi la bonne voie en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019information au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de base du salon et les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9changes pour les visiteuses et visiteurs\u2009\u00bb, selon Urs Wellauer, responsable du salon et directeur de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs. Le 2e \u00ab\u2009Rendez-vous FBK\u2009\u00bb a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite, avec ses interventions et son ap\u00e9ro de r\u00e9seautage pour les exposants et les visiteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-courage-et-creativite\">Courage et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les visiteuses et visiteurs ont profit\u00e9 chaque jour de d\u00e9monstrations professionnelles et d\u2019interventions passionnantes sur des tendances et th\u00e8mes d\u2019actualit\u00e9 dans le secteur. Le 2e \u00ab\u2009Rendez-vous FBK\u2009\u00bb qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le lundi 18\u202fmars 2019 de 17\u2009h\u200915 \u00e0 19\u2009h\u200930 \u00e9tait plac\u00e9 sous le signe du courage et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Cordelia Hagi est une experte en communication sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 depuis plus de 30 ans.
