Ensuite, j\u2019ai fait un stage d\u2019\u00e9conomie alpestre \u00e0 Unterlauenen (LU) et j\u2019ai s\u00e9journ\u00e9 durant un mois aux \u00c9tats-Unis, \u00e0 Pawtucket dans l\u2019\u00c9tat de Rhode Island. \u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, je travaille en tant que collaboratrice de la production Boulangerie dans l\u2019\u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Richemont.&nbsp;<br><strong>R.\u202fW.\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>J\u2019ai suivi ma formation dans la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie Rotz GmbH \u00e0 Cham (ZG). Ensuite, j\u2019ai fait un stage d\u2019un mois chez David, dans l\u2019Instant Chocolat \u00e0 Crans Montana, et un stage de deux semaines chez David Schmid, Schmid Art Cafe \u00e0 Zunzgen (BL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avez-vous pu tirer&nbsp;profit de vos stages\u2009?<br>S.\u202fD.\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, j\u2019ai surtout d\u00e9couvert une autre culture et en quoi consiste le travail artisanal dans une fabrique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant de voir ce qui est fait autrement qu\u2019en Suisse. Je n\u2019ai pas rapport\u00e9 de techniques sp\u00e9ciales.<br><strong>R.\u202fW.:&nbsp;<\/strong>J\u2019ai appris diff\u00e9rentes nouvelles techniques. De plus, j\u2019ai obtenu un aper\u00e7u de la mani\u00e8re de travailler d\u2019autres \u00e9tablissements et de la collaboration avec d\u2019autres personnes. Les personnes qui nous ont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es croient en nous. De plus, le concours nous permet de faire de nombreuses connaissances. C\u2019est \u00e0 la fois une formidable opportunit\u00e9 et un enrichissement\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Que savez-vous de Kazan\u2009?<br>Toutes deux\u2009:<\/strong>&nbsp;La ville de Kazan est situ\u00e9e en Russie, pr\u00e8s de Moscou, sur la Volga.
