Des renoncements qu\u2019elle n\u2019a pas eus \u00e0 regretter\u2009!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le passage de l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 probl\u00e9matique. Je cuisinais d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup chez moi. Le plus gros d\u00e9fi a sans doute \u00e9t\u00e9 de m\u2019habituer \u00e0 passer des heures debout, et aussi \u00e0 devoir assimiler des connaissances en continu. Sinon, j\u2019appr\u00e9ciais beaucoup de commencer aux aurores. Cela me laissait du temps libre les apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-periode-exigeante\">Une p\u00e9riode exigeante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vers le milieu de mon apprentissage, j\u2019ai malheureusement d\u00fb renoncer \u00e0 ma passion pour la danse. Conjuguer travail, apprentissage et loisirs n\u2019\u00e9tait pas toujours \u00e9vident. En contrepartie, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019occuper diff\u00e9rentes fonctions au sein de la boulangerie. C\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s motivant. Cela m\u2019a donn\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir un grand nombre de techniques que j\u2019ai appliqu\u00e9es ensuite dans ma proc\u00e9dure de qualification. Cela ne m\u2019a pas emp\u00each\u00e9e de consacrer beaucoup de temps \u00e0 mes pr\u00e9parations. Je tenais \u00e0 sortir un peu de l\u2019assortiment standard, j\u2019ai alors commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au d\u00e9roulement des \u00e9preuves.<br>Les cours interentreprises (CI) que j\u2019ai suivi \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont \u00e0 Lucerne, m\u2019ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une grande aide. Si je devais r\u00e9sumer cette \u00e9poque en deux mots, ce serait convivialit\u00e9 et \u00e9change avec mes pairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-passer-de-l-autre-cote\">Passer de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est avec une grande fiert\u00e9 que j\u2019ai pu accompagner plusieurs groupes en CI cette ann\u00e9e. Je prends beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 soutenir de jeunes gens cr\u00e9atifs. Ils sont par ailleurs tr\u00e8s demandeurs vis-\u00e0-vis de nous. Chacun a son propre niveau de connaissances et sa personnalit\u00e9.
