Elle nous parle de son nouveau poste, de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du R\u00f6stigraben, et de ses premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u00f9 serai-je dans un an\u2009? Qu\u2019est-ce qui m\u2019attend\u2009? O\u00f9 tout cela me m\u00e8nera-t-il\u2009? Combien de fois je me suis pos\u00e9 ces questions, et d\u2019autres, avec les autres apprentis, alors que nous pr\u00e9parions nos examens il y a un an\u2009? Un an plus tard, \u00e7a y est, nous avons fait notre entr\u00e9e de plain-pied dans le monde du travail. Finie l\u2019indulgence vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019apprenti, nous sommes des professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-benichon\">La B\u00e9nichon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les examens, je me suis accord\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois une petite pause, pour profiter de la fin de mon apprentissage et dire au revoir \u00e0 mes clients et coll\u00e8gues, \u00e0 Ostermundigen. Au mois d\u2019octobre, je partais avec ma valise pleine \u00e0 l\u2019assaut du monde ext\u00e9rieur, de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du R\u00f6stigraben, en direction de Fribourg\u2009! C\u2019\u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable saut pour moi. Bien s\u00fbr, Fribourg est proche de l\u2019Emmental, on y est en une heure de train\u2026<br>Et en m\u00eame temps c\u2019est loin\u2009: apr\u00e8s avoir toujours travaill\u00e9 en bernois, \u00e0 partir du 2\u202foctobre j\u2019ai d\u00fb commencer \u00e0 servir en fran\u00e7ais dans la Boulangerie Saudan. Si les deux premi\u00e8res semaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s intenses, j\u2019\u00e9tais contente d\u2019avoir trouv\u00e9 un logement proche et j\u2019ai beaucoup appris. J\u2019ai notamment d\u00e9couvert la B\u00e9nichon, dont je n\u2019avais jamais entendu parler de ma vie\u2009! Peu \u00e0 peu, j\u2019ai mieux compris comment le travail fonctionnait, et je me suis mieux d\u00e9brouill\u00e9e en fran\u00e7ais. La B\u00e9nichon, c\u2019est une f\u00eate populaire c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e dans tout le canton de Fribourg. L\u2019objectif initial \u00e9tait de remercier Dieu pour les r\u00e9coltes. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est plut\u00f4t l\u2019occasion de retrouvailles et de repas en famille. Typiquement, on mange de la cuchaule, de la moutarde de B\u00e9nichon et des pains d\u2019anis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-saisonnalite\">Saisonnalit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers mois, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dur pour apprendre les noms de tous les produits que je vendais\u2026 avant de me retrouver d\u00e9pourvue en d\u00e9cembre, lorsque 80\u202f% de l\u2019assortiment a \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9 et remplac\u00e9 par les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s d\u2019hiver\u2009! Une fois qu\u2019on le sait, on s\u2019habitue assez vite \u00e0 la saisonnalit\u00e9 des produits, autant l\u2019\u00e9quipe que les clients.<br>Je trouve enthousiasmant de voir les r\u00e9actions des clients aux nouveaux produits. Ils sont curieux et pr\u00eats \u00e0 changer leurs habitudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-premiere-boucle-sur-le-point-d-etre-bouclee\">Une premi\u00e8re boucle sur le point d\u2019\u00eatre boucl\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela fait maintenant plus d\u2019un semestre que je suis dans les murs, et je suis surprise de la vitesse avec laquelle le temps a pass\u00e9\u2009! J\u2019ai toujours \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 apprendre. Les d\u00e9buts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t difficiles\u2009: apr\u00e8s trois ans d\u2019apprentissage, je connaissais parfaitement l\u2019entreprise o\u00f9 je travaillais\u2026 Du coup, en en changeant, j\u2019ai d\u00fb quasiment reprendre de z\u00e9ro. Mais avec un peu de patience et l\u2019amour du travail, on apprend vite et on prend ses marques.<br>Je me r\u00e9jouis de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 qui arrive\u2026 et de la prochaine B\u00e9nichon qui se profile\u2009!
