Aujourd\u2019hui, elles se rem\u00e9morent leur p\u00e9riode de formation et racontent comment elles l\u2019ont v\u00e9cue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi avez-vous choisi&nbsp;ce m\u00e9tier\u2009?<\/strong><br><strong>Rahel Weber\u2009:<\/strong>&nbsp;Quand j\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire, je passais beaucoup de mon temps libre \u00e0 faire de la p\u00e2tisserie. J\u2019ai fait un stage d\u2019observation qui m\u2019a beaucoup plu. Mon envie \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er des produits cr\u00e9atifs pour les vendre ensuite.<br><strong>Sonja Durrer\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>J\u2019aimais faire de la p\u00e2tisserie chez moi. \u00c7a a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 une passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles \u00e9taient vos sources d\u2019inspiration\u2009?<br>S.\u202fD.\u2009:<\/strong>&nbsp;Chaque fois que je d\u00e9couvrais une recette dans un livre de cuisine de ma m\u00e8re, il fallait que je la reproduise.<br><strong>R.\u202fW.\u2009:<\/strong>&nbsp;C\u2019\u00e9tait pareil pour moi. Instagram n\u2019existait pas encore \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les pr\u00e9requis&nbsp;pour exercer vos m\u00e9tiers\u2009?<br>S.D.\u2009:<\/strong>&nbsp;Etre habile de ses mains, cr\u00e9atif et pr\u00eat \u00e0 se lever t\u00f4t le matin.<br><strong>R.\u202fW.\u2009:<\/strong>&nbsp;Savoir faire parler sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour associer et transformer les aliments. Sans oublier bien s\u00fbr les pr\u00e9requis n\u00e9cessaires au travail manuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auriez-vous des conseils&nbsp;\u00e0 donner aux apprentis\u2009?<br>R.\u202fW.\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>Sois \u00e0 l\u2019ouvrage d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. Et surtout\u2009: prends-y du plaisir\u2009!<br><strong>S.\u202fD.\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>On n\u2019est apprenti qu\u2019une seule fois dans sa vie. Il faut donc consid\u00e9rer ce temps comme un investissement. Si tu n\u2019es pas s\u00fbr de ton choix, il vaut mieux te laisser le temps d\u2019y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir une ann\u00e9e de plus avant de te lancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu votre apprentissage\u2009? Quel est le principal enseignement que vous en gardez\u2009?<br>S.\u202fD.\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>J\u2019avais le droit de commencer le travail \u00e0 21 heures le soir. C\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois exigeant et cool. J\u2019ai aussi eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de prendre en charge beaucoup de t\u00e2ches diff\u00e9rentes.<br><strong>R.\u202fW.\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>J\u2019ai rapidement pu prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s. Tout ne s\u2019est pas toujours d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans accrocs, mais cela m\u2019a permis d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 travailler de fa\u00e7on autonome. Il y a toujours des hauts et des bas pendant l\u2019apprentissage. L\u2019important est de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer et de ne pas abandonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Que feriez-vous autrement\u2009?<br>Les deux\u2009:&nbsp;<\/strong>Nous ferions tout exactement de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. M\u00eame sur les mati\u00e8res dans lesquelles les choses se sont moins bien pass\u00e9es, car nous avons aussi \u00e9norm\u00e9ment appris de nos erreurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-worldskills-2019-in-kazan\">WorldSkills 2019 in Kazan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 1600 des meilleurs jeunes professionnels de 60 pays s\u2019affronteront lors des WorldSkills \u00e0 Kazan en Russie. Seuls&nbsp;ou en bin\u00f4me, ils seront 47 participants suisses \u00e0 prendre part&nbsp;\u00e0 ces championnats du monde des m\u00e9tiers. La boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re Sonja Durrer et la p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse Rahel Weber en font partie.&nbsp;Les comp\u00e9titions se d\u00e9rouleront du 23 au 26\u202fao\u00fbt, et la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie&nbsp;de cl\u00f4ture le 27. L\u2019\u00e9quipe suisse sera de retour en Suisse le 29&nbsp;\u00e0 Kloten, o\u00f9 elle sera accueillie.
