Il exige des actions rapides et flexibles de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) et de ses membres. La politique et la communication ont pris une importance consid\u00e9rable ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La port\u00e9e des sujets devient toujours plus nationale et globale, et donc plus complexe. Cela implique une excellente connaissance des dossiers et un investissement en temps cons\u00e9quent pour les personnes qui assument des charges associatives. L\u2019association compte de moins en moins de membres, par ailleurs. Alors que le nombre d\u2019entreprises payantes \u00e9tait encore sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2000, elles ne sont plus qu\u2019environ 1400. A long terme, nous tablons encore sur 1000 membres. Les ressources humaines et financi\u00e8res de la BCS s\u2019en trouvent r\u00e9duites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lourds-et-trop-grands\">Lourds et trop grands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de milice atteint ses limites, au niveau national et cantonal. L\u2019\u00e9difice de l\u2019association, nos structures sont trop grands, trop pesants, trop d\u00e9suets. Pour cette raison, le comit\u00e9 directeur a lanc\u00e9 un processus de r\u00e9organisation. Pendant deux ans, le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 intense avec tous les groupes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et r\u00e9gions impliqu\u00e9s. Des analyses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites, des discussions, parfois \u00e2pres, mais \u00e9quitables, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es. Des compromis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cherch\u00e9s. Le r\u00e9sultat est convaincant. Il nous remplit de fiert\u00e9. C\u2019est un travail commun pour des bases solides pour notre futur \u00e9difice associatif que nous pouvons pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 nos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s lors du congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-signal-fort\">Un signal fort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u2013 \u00e0 savoir l\u2019organisation transitoire strat\u00e9gique comprenant le comit\u00e9 directeur de la BCS, le conseil de fondation de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont, le CA de la SA de prestations Richemont, le comit\u00e9 central et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de management \u2013 sommes convaincus que nous allons faire un pas important avec un \u00ab\u2009oui\u2009\u00bb convaincant, et affronter l\u2019avenir, unis et renforc\u00e9s. C\u2019est un signal fort pour notre base, mais aussi pour l\u2019ensemble du secteur et au-del\u00e0.<br>Disons \u00ab\u2009oui\u2009\u00bb au renouveau\u2009!
