L\u2019association r\u00e9agit ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9, souhaitant pouvoir agir avec plus de souplesse et de rapidit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les niveaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abRien ne restera en l\u2019\u00e9tat si nous ne sommes pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 tout changer\u00bb, c\u2019est en ces termes que le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS, Silvan Hotz, a cit\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9crivain sicilien Giueseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa dans son allocution, lors du 134e congr\u00e8s de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) \u00e0 Berne, en \u00e9voquant la situation actuelle tendue de l\u2019association et du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-silvan-hotz-elu-president\">Silvan Hotz \u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les votants ont donn\u00e9 le feu vert au projet de r\u00e9organisation \u00abReload\u00bb. Les structures de la BCS et de son Richemont centre de comp\u00e9tences boulangerie p\u00e2tisserie confiserie (institut de formation profes-sionnelle et continue du secteur) vont s\u2019all\u00e9ger. Les quatre organisations strat\u00e9giques vont se r\u00e9sumer en une instance, le comit\u00e9 central. 15 membres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lus au sein de ladite instance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Edgar Ehrbar, R\u00f6ssli Beck D\u00f6rr AG, Sulgen (TG)<\/li><li>Dominik Frei, B\u00e4ckerei-Konditorei Frei AG, Nussbaumen (AG)<\/li><li>Lisa Frunz, Bebi\u00e9 Konditorei Confiserie GmbH, Lucerne<\/li><li>Manfred Hasler, Ueli der Beck AG, Urtenen-Sch\u00f6nb\u00fchl (BE)<\/li><li>Silvan Hotz, B\u00e4ckerei Hotz Rust AG, Baar (ZG)<\/li><li>Elias L\u00e4derach, Confiseur L\u00e4derach AG, Ennenda (GL)<\/li><li>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger, Boulangerie chez Jean-Pierre, Courtelary (JU)<\/li><li>Peter Lyner, Beck Lyner, Winterthour (ZH)<\/li><li>Wilhelm Ohnmacht, Boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie des Planches, Montreux (VD)<\/li><li>Roland R\u00e4ber, B\u00e4ckerei-Konditorei-Caf\u00e9 Jonerhof, Jona (SG)<\/li><li>Barbara Richner, B\u00e4ckerei-Confiserie Richner AG, Veltheim (AG)<\/li><li>Daniel Ricigliano, Pasticceria Ricigliano SA, Lugano (TI)<\/li><li>Matin Schnyder, Confiserie Roggwiller AG, Saint-Gall<\/li><li>Peter Signer, B\u00e4ckerei-Konditorei-Caf\u00e9 Signer, Zizers (GR)<\/li><li>Franz Willi, Willi Beck AG, Sempach (LU)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle instance strat\u00e9gique sera dirig\u00e9e par l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association, Silvan Hotz, le Ju-rassien Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu vice-pr\u00e9sident \u2013 et la direction op\u00e9rationnelle, le comit\u00e9 directeur, revenant au directeur de la BCS, Urs Wellauer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-renforcer-les-entreprises-artisanales\">Renforcer les entreprises artisanales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s se sont exprim\u00e9s en faveur du renforcement des membres de l\u2019association \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du congr\u00e8s de la BCS, en approuvant deux mesures: d\u00e9sormais, les solutions sectorielles en ligne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et les bonnes pratiques sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux membres de l\u2019association et sont obligatoires. L\u2019accord de branche stipule que les enseignes \u00abLe pain\u00bb et \u00abConfiseur\u00bb ne pourront d\u00e9signer que les produits artisanaux suisses de membres de la BCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-engagement-de-longue-date-recompense\">Un engagement de longue date r\u00e9compens\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-Louis Ackermann (Grandson, VD) et Marco Berwert (Stalden, OW) ont annonc\u00e9 leur retrait de la direction de l\u2019Association des boulangers-confiseurs suisses \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du congr\u00e8s 2019, apr\u00e8s douze ann\u00e9es de bons et loyaux services. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s membres d\u2019honneur de l\u2019association, sous les applaudissements nourris de l\u2019audience.
