Rien de cela ! Mais il est important d\u2019ouvrir parfois des parenth\u00e8ses et peut-\u00eatre cr\u00e9er des ponts divers pour nos m\u00e9tiers.<br>Dans \u00ab Ose \u00bb, il y a la volont\u00e9 de sortir des sentiers battus et de la routine \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Il y a aussi la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019explorer de nouvelles voies et concepts dans divers domaines li\u00e9s \u00e0 notre artisanat. L\u2019\u00ab Ose \u00bb de ce jour est une r\u00e9flexion li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage et \u00e0 la valorisation de ce dernier. Alors, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9voil\u00e9 une partie de cette r\u00e9flexion passons \u00e0 \u00ab Osons \u00bb.<br>Oui, \u00ab Osons \u00bb donc nous poser la question de ce que nous pourrions mettre \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 d\u2019une valorisation suppl\u00e9mentaire pour nos apprenties et apprentis boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs durant leurs apprentissages. La jeunesse actuelle est en mal de mouvements et de d\u00e9couvertes. Elle est beaucoup plus mobile que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leurs a\u00een\u00e9s. Elle est demandeuse d\u2019\u00e9changes, de nouvelles technologies. Elle aime la communication sous toutes ses formes. Vous allez vous poser la question, vers quoi vais-je vouloir en venir, quel est le message qui se cache derri\u00e8re ces lignes ? Il est simple, si nous donnions l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de faire des \u00e9changes d\u2019apprentis sur des courtes p\u00e9riodes hors des dates de pr\u00e9sences obligatoires que sont celles li\u00e9es aux cours professionnels. Oui, pour moi ceci pourrait apporter un plus durant la formation de ces derniers, car confront\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres lieux, d\u2019autres m\u00e9thodes et m\u00eame une autre langue. Ceci apporterait un plus \u00e0 mon avis non n\u00e9gligeable pour le futur de notre profession et en premier pour ces jeunes.<br>Alors, allez-vous \u00ab Osez \u00bb ? Si cela n\u2019est pas demain peut-\u00eatre apr\u00e8s demain ?
