Dans une \u00e9quipe 100\u202f% f\u00e9minine, elle endossera le r\u00f4le du commis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 mes apprentissages de boulang\u00e8re et de confiseuse, me voil\u00e0 dans la vie professionnelle. Je travaille \u00e0 la boulangerie Saudan \u00e0 Fribourg. J\u2019exerce pleinement mon m\u00e9tier en produisant un assortiment cr\u00e9atif et vari\u00e9.<br>La boulangerie propose des anniversaires avec les enfants. J\u2019en anime quelques-uns. Garder des enfants n\u2019est pas toujours \u00e9vident suivant le groupe. Toutefois, s\u2019ils sont attentifs, c\u2019est un plaisir de leur faire d\u00e9couvrir le m\u00e9tier et de leur apprendre \u00e0 confectionner de petits animaux en p\u00e2te.<br>Gr\u00e2ce aux bons r\u00e9sultats obtenus lors de mes concours, j\u2019ai re\u00e7u divers prix qui m\u2019ont permis de me perfectionner\u2009: notamment, trois jours \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel de ville de Crissier et trois jours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole Bellouet conseil \u00e0 Paris pour suivre un cours sur les viennoiseries. J\u2019ai appris de nouvelles techniques de travail et recettes. J\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 des personnalit\u00e9s du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-travail-d-homme\">\u00ab\u2009Un travail d\u2019homme\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 participer \u00e0 un nouveau concours en \u00e9quipe\u2009: le Mondial du pain. L\u00e9a Gaillet sera candidate et moi commis. Le concours se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 Nantes (F) au mois d\u2019octobre. Entre autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, nous devrons r\u00e9aliser du pain, des viennoiseries, des sandwiches et une pi\u00e8ce artistique. Nous d\u00e9fendrons les couleurs du pays et l\u2019honneur f\u00e9minin. C\u2019est cool de former une \u00e9quipe avec L\u00e9a\u2009; les femmes se font plut\u00f4t rares dans des concours internationaux.<br>Le m\u00e9tier de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur \u00e9tait principalement exerc\u00e9 par des hommes. Un bon \u00e9quilibre entre les deux existe \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Lorsque j\u2019ai choisi de devenir boulang\u00e8re \u00e0 14 ans, une dame m\u2019a regard\u00e9 avec de gros yeux. Elle m\u2019a dit que c\u2019\u00e9tait un travail d\u2019homme. Je suis contente de lui avoir prouv\u00e9 le contraire en terminant 1\u00e8re du canton de Vaud en boulangerie \u00e0 la fin de mon apprentissage. Actuellement, je travaille au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe majoritairement f\u00e9minine.
