Les deux candidates ainsi que leurs formatrices et formateurs sont satisfaits du r\u00e9sultat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est souvent difficile de bien se concentrer et de faire des prouesses sous pression. En effet, le travail de notre branche demande beaucoup de patience et d\u2019attention. Malgr\u00e9 tout, c\u2019est le d\u00e9fi que Rahel Weber et Sonja Durrer souhaitent relever. Lors des WorldSkills \u00e0 Kazan en ao\u00fbt 2019, elles devront confectionner des produits app\u00e9tissants et innovants dans les temps impartis. Et en plus, leurs cr\u00e9ations devront r\u00e9galer l\u2019\u0153il et les appareils photo autant que les papilles! Il y a encore des d\u00e9tails \u00e0 peaufiner.<br><strong>Sonja Durrer:<\/strong>&nbsp;Oui, il me semble que je peux \u00eatre satisfaite. Tout n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 parfait, mais je suis certainement sur la bonne voie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avez-vous ressenti la pression du compte \u00e0 rebours ou avez-vous pu exploiter le temps disponible?<br>R. W.:<\/strong>&nbsp;Lors de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, il me restait encore du temps avec les tourtes et je peux me permettre de travailler avec un peu plus de d\u00e9tail et de pr\u00e9cision. Je suis curieuse d\u2019apprendre quelle sera la t\u00e2che surprise et combien de temps elle demandera.<br><strong>S. D.:&nbsp;<\/strong>Lors du premier essai, j\u2019avais le temps bien sous contr\u00f4le. Comme des t\u00e2ches surprises seront ajout\u00e9es, l\u2019horaire doit encore \u00eatre ajust\u00e9. C\u2019est toujours un nouveau d\u00e9fi de planifier pour qu\u2019\u00e0 la fin tout s\u2019arrange.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pensez-vous remanier ou modifier certains produits apr\u00e8s votre r\u00e9p\u00e9tition?<br>R. W.:<\/strong>&nbsp;Les pr\u00e9paratifs pour la pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition sont termin\u00e9s et les moules sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en route. Je ne peux plus rien changer \u00e0 ce niveau-l\u00e0. Quant aux pralin\u00e9s, nous pr\u00e9parons les derni\u00e8res touches d\u00e9coratives, auxquelles je dois encore un peu m\u2019exercer. Et pour la tourte, je peux \u00e9galement perfectionner la d\u00e9coration.<br><strong>S. D.:<\/strong>&nbsp;Au niveau des recettes, aucun changement n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire. Mais il est toujours possible de les am\u00e9liorer. Pendant la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, par exemple, il faisait tr\u00e8s chaud. Les p\u00e2tes montaient donc plus rapidement, ce qui m\u2019a oblig\u00e9e \u00e0 raccourcir le temps d\u2019appr\u00eat. Je dois tenir compte de ces choses-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019il vous reste \u00e0 faire, et qu\u2019est-ce que vous devez encore pr\u00e9parer?<br>R. W.:<\/strong>&nbsp;Je dois m\u2019occuper de la d\u00e9coration finale des pralin\u00e9s et des tourtes, puis je vais aborder la t\u00e2che surprise en m\u2019exer\u00e7ant \u00e0 quelques variations d\u2019assiettes de dessert et de mini-p\u00e2tisseries.<br><strong>S. D.:<\/strong>&nbsp;J\u2019ai encore deux s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement finales \u00e0 accomplir avant de prendre l\u2019avion. Sinon, il y a encore quelques t\u00e2ches administratives \u00e0 remplir. Je dois par exemple saisir les recettes, compl\u00e9ter mon dossier et m\u2019exercer \u00e0 la t\u00e2che surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous r\u00e9jouissez-vous de participer aux WorldSkills&nbsp;?<br>R. W.:<\/strong>&nbsp;Oui, \u00e9norm\u00e9ment! Ce sera une superbe exp\u00e9rience et une vraie aventure. Je pourrai montrer tout ce que j\u2019ai appris en si peu de temps!<br><strong>S. D.:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bien s\u00fbr! J\u2019\u00e9tais un peu tendue avant la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, mais maintenant, je suis calme. J\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 imaginer ce qui nous attend. Mon but, c\u2019est de donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame et d\u2019\u00eatre satisfaite et heureuse du r\u00e9sultat.
