Dans un premier temps, cela me semble inconcevable, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que je me rende sur les lieux, trente minutes plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-multitude-de-questions\">Une multitude de questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord le choc, puis une mont\u00e9e d\u2019adr\u00e9naline toute la journ\u00e9e durant et, enfin, une multitude de questions. De plus, le logement priv\u00e9 est totalement inutilisable au premier \u00e9tage.<br>Des raisonnements productifs \u00e9mergent apr\u00e8s une \u00e0 deux semaines. Le changement de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est imminent. La production est obsol\u00e8te. Elle souffre d\u2019un cruel manque de place. La solution\u2009: exploiter le premier \u00e9tage pour agrandir l\u2019espace production et mettre la boulangerie \u00e0 niveau pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impulsion-externe\">Impulsion externe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux de transformation d\u00e9marrent, apr\u00e8s environ trois mois de planification. Et, pendant que nous y sommes, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9nover l\u2019espace de vente, de nettoyer la fa\u00e7ade et d\u2019affiner la transition s\u2019impose clairement \u00e0 nous. De nombreuses actions auraient d\u00fb \u00eatre engag\u00e9es depuis longtemps, mais nous avons toujours tant \u00e0 faire. Parfois, une impulsion de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur est tout simplement n\u00e9cessaire. Par contre, pas toujours aussi brutalement.<br>En conclusion, je n\u2019ai jamais autant appris en si peu de temps. Relations et n\u00e9gociations avec les compagnies d\u2019assurances, la banque, les m\u00e9dias, le chef de chantier et les artisans, communication en \u00e9quipe, planification du futur, et plus encore. Il s\u2019agit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de g\u00e9rer le changement dans la vie r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 32 ans, Tamara Lehmann est \u00e9conomiste d\u2019entreprise HES. Elle dirige la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baeckerei-lehmann.ch\/\">boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Lehmann AG<\/a> \u00e0 Schinznach-Dorf depuis 2012.
