En 1995, Manuela Roost M\u00fcller a rachet\u00e9 avec son mari et transform\u00e9 la maison Gr\u00fcndler de 1848.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-choc-de-la-banque-nationale\">Le choc de la banque nationale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle se souvient parfaitement de ce jeudi fatidique, le 15\u202fjanvier 2015, lorsque la banque nationale suisse a abandonn\u00e9 le taux plancher\u2009: \u00ab\u2009C\u2019\u00e9tait comme si la guerre avait \u00e9clat\u00e9. Tout le monde s\u2019est rendu \u00e0 la banque pour changer son argent.\u2009\u00bb Ce qui a d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une phase temporaire s\u2019est rapidement av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 brutale\u2009: de nombreux commer\u00e7ants ont d\u00fb mettre la cl\u00e9 sous la porte. Le chiffre d\u2019affaires de M\u00fcller Beck a diminu\u00e9 d\u2019un tiers. Le personnel est pass\u00e9 de 20 \u00e0 15.<br>Environ quatre ans plus tard, la situation n\u2019a pas v\u00e9ritablement chang\u00e9\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Beaucoup de personnes ach\u00e8tent en ligne, pas mal se rendent en Allemagne.\u2009\u00bb Heureusement, les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes dont les cabinets se situaient \u00e0 la campagne ouvrent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent des centres m\u00e9dicaux dans le centre-ville. Ce changement apporte des clients potentiels. De nombreux petits commerces artisanaux, qui assuraient diversit\u00e9 et vie, ont entre-temps disparu. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y avait une boucherie, il y a d\u00e9sormais un magasin de v\u00eatements, par exemple. Le marchand de vin a \u00e9galement disparu. En plein centre, des locaux commerciaux et de bureaux restent vides depuis des mois. Les magasins des gros distributeurs, les cha\u00eenes de v\u00eatements et les opticiens sont tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sents. En outre, il y a de plus en plus de restaurants qui courtisent des clients en ville. Schaffhouse compte environ 34\u2009600 habitants, le canton 81\u2009000. La zone de chalandise n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s importante.<br>Le tour s\u2019est ensuite poursuivi \u00e0 la gare. A proximit\u00e9 des voies, il y a diff\u00e9rents magasins, au sous-sol r\u00e8gne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/fr\/news-panissimo\/galeries-de-photos\/galeries-2019\/visite-a-la-frontiere-a-schaffhouse\/\">un vide oppressant.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-confiance-en-soi\">Confiance en soi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autrefois, M\u00fcller Beck comptait neuf points de vente, aujourd\u2019hui, ils ne sont plus que quatre. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est comme \u00e7a\u2009\u00bb, l\u00e2che Manuela Roost M\u00fcller. Avec son fils Simon, elle examine les processus afin d\u2019augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9. Les employ\u00e9s y participent activement.
