On s\u2019int\u00e9resse certes \u00e0 ce qui se fait ailleurs, mais on n\u2019ose gu\u00e8re partager son savoir avec ses coll\u00e8gues. Or sachant que le nombre de coll\u00e8gues ne cesse de diminuer du fait de la disparition de la boulangerie\u2026 pourquoi avoir peur que d\u2019autres puissent \u00eatre meilleurs\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Franz Ziegler a un jour cit\u00e9 un bel adage qui m\u2019a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 partager mes connaissances avec toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Le savoir est le seul bien qui se multiplie quand on le partage.\u2009\u00bb (citation de Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach, 1830-1916).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-echange-mutuel\">Echange mutuel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je souhaiterais davantage d\u2019\u00e9changes avec des coll\u00e8gues, avec d\u2019autres secteurs artisanaux, et de nouvelles id\u00e9es en vue de d\u00e9velopper notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, pour que nous puissions r\u00e9aliser l\u2019exceptionnel. Le soutien mutuel et les \u00e9changes sont en effet la condition sine qua non pour nous am\u00e9liorer et ainsi pr\u00e9server notre m\u00e9tier, de pr\u00e9cieux liens ou amiti\u00e9s pouvant par ailleurs en d\u00e9couler. Faites donc preuve de courage et partagez\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stefan Bischof est p\u00e2tissier-confiseur.
