Elle peut laisser des traces douloureuses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une entreprise, un boulanger a d\u00fb actionner \u00e0 la main une inversion automatique coinc\u00e9e. Les cons\u00e9quences se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es f\u00e2cheuses. Il tentait un red\u00e9marrage \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un ustensile de boulangerie, lorsque de l\u2019huile chaude a d\u00e9bord\u00e9. Le liquide a gravement br\u00fbl\u00e9 ses deux avant-bras.<br>Un autre accident s\u2019est produit presque simultan\u00e9ment, dans la m\u00eame soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Une apprentie a voulu \u00e9vacuer de l\u2019huile chaude apr\u00e8s avoir vidang\u00e9 une friteuse. Lorsqu\u2019elle a pos\u00e9 le r\u00e9cipient au sol, l\u2019huile a d\u00e9bord\u00e9. L\u2019employ\u00e9e a subi des br\u00fblures au deuxi\u00e8me degr\u00e9 aux fesses, aux jambes et aux pieds. Cons\u00e9quences de cette n\u00e9gligence\u2009: de fortes douleurs, des cicatrices et un arr\u00eat de travail de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-instruire-et-surveiller\">Instruire et surveiller<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces accidents peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Les formateurs doivent instruire les apprentis. Ils doivent surveiller en permanence ce travail. La pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance est de mise en la mati\u00e8re. Des instructions de travail orales du chef ou du coordinateur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (cosec) ne suffisent pas. Il est essentiel et indispensable de consigner par \u00e9crit l\u2019instruction, de la documenter de la dater et de la signer.<br>Un deuxi\u00e8me point important est l\u2019\u00e9tat de la friteuse. Si la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019exploitation n\u2019est plus garantie, il faut obligatoirement prendre les mesures qui s\u2019imposent\u2009; ceci afin de permettre aux collaborateurs de travailler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br>Le principal objectif est de garantir une utilisation s\u00fbre de la friteuse afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute br\u00fblure. Si un accident survient malgr\u00e9 les mesures de pr\u00e9caution requises, les personnes responsables doivent savoir r\u00e9agir correctement, \u00e9galement en cas d\u2019incendie de friteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bonnes attitudes \u00e0 adopter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Il faut tenir compte des points suivants en mati\u00e8re de friture\u2009:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Equipement de protection individuelle (EPI)<\/li><li>Chaussures ferm\u00e9es<\/li><li>Lunettes de protection<\/li><li>Gants de protection en cas de manipulation de l\u2019appareil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseils pour un travail s\u00fbr<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ne jamais laisser une friteuse allum\u00e9e sans surveillance<\/li><li>L\u2019\u00e9teindre de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre<\/li><li>N\u2019utiliser que des appareils avec dispositif d\u2019inversion fonctionnant<\/li><li>Porter des v\u00eatements professionnels sans poches sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s ou le devant<\/li><li>Disposer d\u2019un poste de travail propre, ne d\u00e9poser aucun objet ou liquide inutile pr\u00e8s de la friteuse<\/li><li>Travailler de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et concentr\u00e9e<\/li><li>Abaisser d\u00e9licatement le panier de friture contenant les produits frits<\/li><li>Garantir des sols antid\u00e9rapants, les maintenir sans graisse, \u00e9liminer imm\u00e9diatement les \u00e9claboussures<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vidange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Porter un EPI en cas de manipulation<\/li><li>Laisser refroidir suffisamment l\u2019huile liquide avant tout nettoyage, filtrage ou changement<\/li><li>Ne pas d\u00e9placer ou transporter de l\u2019huile chaude<\/li><li>Vidanger les mati\u00e8res grasses dans des r\u00e9cipients appropri\u00e9s<\/li><li>Ne pas laisser tra\u00eener des seaux au milieu du chemin<\/li><li>Proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un nettoyage m\u00e9ticuleux<\/li><li>Porter un EPI en cas d\u2019utilisation de d\u00e9tergents d\u00e9graissants<\/li><li>Ne laisser aucun r\u00e9sidu de d\u00e9tergent dans la friteuse<\/li><li>Ne remplir qu\u2019avec des mati\u00e8res grasses liquides\u2009; permet un meilleur contr\u00f4le du niveau de remplissage<\/li><li>Respecter imp\u00e9rativement le niveau de remplissage maximal et minimal<\/li><li>N\u2019allumer la friteuse qu\u2019une fois les serpentins de chauffe enti\u00e8rement recouverts de mati\u00e8re grasse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-en-cas-d-incendie\">En cas d\u2019incendie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Garder son calme<\/li><li>Couper l\u2019alimentation, en retirant la prise, en baissant le thermostat<\/li><li>Alerter les pompiers selon la proc\u00e9dure\u2009: alarmer, sauver, \u00e9teindre<\/li><li>Ne jamais d\u00e9placer une friteuse ou une po\u00eale en feu<\/li><li>Ne jamais \u00e9teindre avec de l\u2019eau<\/li><li>Utiliser les agents extincteurs et couvertures antifeu qui conviennent\u2009; \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la friteuse<\/li><li>Si toutes les tentatives s\u2019av\u00e8rent infructueuses, quitter la zone et attendre les pompiers.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans certaines entreprises, les friteuses fonctionnent toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
