Car la reprise, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion de bannir la routine, de mettre d\u2019autres valeurs dans la balance de l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est parfois une p\u00e9riode salutaire propice \u00e0 une saine r\u00e9flexion et accepter des remises en question. C\u2019est accepter de faire une introspection pour soi et la conduite des affaires, car la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 et le succ\u00e8s b\u00e2tis sur la routine sont parfois \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res. Ceci ne veut pas dire tout jeter aux orties, mais prendre le temps de discerner les choses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A travers nos voyages et vacances, nous voyons souvent des choses int\u00e9ressantes \u00e0 reporter chez-nous en termes d\u2019id\u00e9es ou de produits, bien s\u00fbr avec la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de les adapter. Oser un questionnaire \u00e0 distribuer \u00e0 tous ses clients sur la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des produits, l\u2019accueil, m\u00eame les tranches horaires d\u2019achats, les informations. Mettre en place des vitrines \u00e0 th\u00e8mes li\u00e9es \u00e0 des productions sp\u00e9cifiques journali\u00e8res ou saisonni\u00e8res. Cr\u00e9er des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en relation avec ce qui se passe dans la collectivit\u00e9 ou le quartier et organiser des visites d\u2019entreprises en composant pour un ap\u00e9ritif avec un vigneron, voire un fromager ou un boucher par exemple, sans oublier les \u00e9coles car les enfants sont les clients de demain. Aller vers l\u2019autre devrait \u00eatre le ma\u00eetre mot, car il est temps de ne pas laisser \u00e0 nos gros concurrents ces outils.<br>Alors la reprise c\u2019est ? Etre cr\u00e9atif, imaginatif, proactif et communicatif certainement.
