Mon r\u00eave \u00e9tait alors de vivre de la photo.<br>J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ma vocation. Je suis photographe ind\u00e9pendant et ma client\u00e8le principale est compos\u00e9e de restaurateurs. Mon apprentissage est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de tout. On me demande souvent si j\u2019ai une formation de photographe, et je r\u00e9ponds \u00e0 chaque fois fi\u00e8rement que je suis p\u00e2tissier-confiseur qualifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toujours-fier-d-etrepatissier-confiseur\">Toujours fier d\u2019\u00eatrep\u00e2tissier-confiseur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis toujours fier d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e2tissier-confiseur, m\u00eame si je ne travaille plus au fournil. Ma formation me sert \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards dans mon m\u00e9tier actuel\u2009: la conception de pi\u00e8ces artistiques ou la d\u00e9coration de tourtes sp\u00e9ciales m\u2019ont appris \u00e0 laisser libre cours \u00e0 ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. J\u2019ai aussi d\u00fb m\u2019habituer \u00e0 travailler avec rapidit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cision, sous la pression d\u2019une production de p\u00e2tisserie matinale.
