Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res que nous utilisons sont de qualit\u00e9, de proximit\u00e9. En fournissant du travail \u00e0 plus de 15 collaborateurs, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 notre paysan, \u00e0 notre fromager ou \u00e0 notre boucher, nous sommes un maillon du tissu \u00e9conomique local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourtant, nous devons trop souvent justifier la valeur de nos produits\u2026 Pourquoi faudrait-il moins respecter nos employ\u00e9s ou privil\u00e9gier une marchandise moins noble\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma client\u00e8le a de la valeur\u2009: nous pouvons compter sur elle pour nous soutenir et payer nos produits \u00e0 leur juste valeur. Pour y parvenir, nous devons suivre le mouvement, \u00e9voluer selon l\u2019air du temps. C\u2019est un travail qu\u2019il faut sans cesse anticiper\u2026 accepter de changer ce qui peut \u00eatre chang\u00e9\u2026 am\u00e9liorer ce qui peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9\u2026 parfois \u00e0 contrec\u0153ur, parfois avec plaisir\u2026 Ceci, quelle que soit la taille de notre entreprise, ses objectifs et ses possibilit\u00e9s, sans quoi nous perdons le fil et tellement plus\u2009! A nous de garantir la qualit\u00e9 de nos conseils et de nos mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, de rester positif ou de transformer en positif ces petits cailloux que nous trouvons sur notre chemin, ainsi nous pourrons encore r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir demain \u00e0 ce que nous pourrons changer\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabienne Germanier Nicod est sp\u00e9cialiste en gestion de PME.
