J\u2019en ai fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le cadre de la Tarterie du Littoral \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel. Aper\u00e7u de cette journ\u00e9e de \u00ab\u2009stage\u2009\u00bb\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arriv\u00e9e au magasin de la Tarterie du Littoral \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel, comme convenu \u00e0 9 heures, apr\u00e8s le premier rush du matin, je suis chaleureusement accueillie par la copropri\u00e9taire Marie Perriard et son apprentie de deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e Tanja St\u00e4hli. A l\u2019\u00e9tage, l\u2019armoire du vestiaire m\u2019\u00e9tant destin\u00e9e arbore mon pr\u00e9nom. Mon tablier de vente enfil\u00e9 et mon badge de stagiaire accroch\u00e9, je descends au local de vente en traversant la halle de production. Avant toute chose, quelques gestes s\u2019imposent: les mains doivent \u00eatre lav\u00e9es, les bijoux retir\u00e9s des mains et des bras, et les cheveux attach\u00e9s. Il faut \u00e9galement veiller \u00e0 ne pas toucher ses cheveux et son visage. Et tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, je me rends compte de la fr\u00e9quence \u2013 \u00f4 combien \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u2013 \u00e0 laquelle je fais ce genre de mouvement\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-j-adore-mon-metier\">\u00ab\u2009J\u2019adore mon m\u00e9tier\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant le deuxi\u00e8me rush de la journ\u00e9e pr\u00e9vu aux alentours de midi, Tanja St\u00e4hli m\u2019explique les principaux gestes et proc\u00e9dures, en me montrant par exemple comment emballer un pain ou une tranche de g\u00e2teau. La jeune fille de 19 ans ne tarit pas d\u2019\u00e9loges sur son m\u00e9tier\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Je l\u2019adore\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<br>Vers 11 heures, un renfort arrive. Marie-Amandine Remeder vient compl\u00e9ter l\u2019\u00e9quipe de vente. Elle travaille \u00e0 la Tarterie depuis ce printemps, elle vient de France. Les diff\u00e9rences par rapport \u00e0 ce pays sont \u00e9videmment \u00e9normes me confie-t-elle au fil de la conversation, mais elle s\u2019est tr\u00e8s bien habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 la Suisse romande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trois-et-demi-derriere-le-comptoir\">Trois et demi derri\u00e8re le comptoir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est midi. Nous sommes quatre derri\u00e8re le comptoir, enfin plut\u00f4t trois et demi\u2026 Malgr\u00e9 un magasin bond\u00e9, une certaine exigu\u00eft\u00e9 derri\u00e8re le comptoir, une collaboratrice qui ne ma\u00eetrise pas tout, et le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone qui sonne de temps en temps, les trois employ\u00e9es de la Tarterie du Littoral restent aimables, attentives et calmes. Les clients sont contents, quelques-uns m\u00eame ravis, car l\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e pendant quatre semaines pour les vacances. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est bon de vous revoir\u2009\u00bb, ai-je pu entendre, de m\u00eame que\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Vous nous avez manqu\u00e9\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-activite-exigeante\">Une activit\u00e9 exigeante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vente est un m\u00e9tier exigeant. Les clients sont nombreux \u00e0 vouloir des renseignements sur certains produits. Ils ne savent pas vraiment quoi acheter et ont besoin de conseils comp\u00e9tents. Quelques-uns ont l\u2019air \u00e9puis\u00e9s quand ils entrent dans le magasin, mais leur visage s\u2019illumine d\u00e8s qu\u2019ils aper\u00e7oivent les d\u00e9licieux produits sur les \u00e9talages. Oui, la lueur dans les yeux des consommateurs est frappante. Ils se r\u00e9jouissent \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de savourer de succulents mets. J\u2019en suis tr\u00e8s heureuse, et je suis fi\u00e8re de notre secteur artisanal et de ses produits d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quand-les-clients-marmonnent\">Quand les clients marmonnent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu\u2019\u00abapprentie\u2009\u00bb suisse allemande, j\u2019ai tr\u00e8s vite \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me. Vu le brouhaha ambiant \u00e0 midi, j\u2019ai parfois eu de la peine \u00e0 comprendre les clients, qui pour certains ont la f\u00e2cheuse habitude de marmonner ou de parler avec la main devant la bouche. Je m\u2019en souviendrai dor\u00e9navant en tant que cliente\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-delicates-patisseries\">D\u00e9licates p\u00e2tisseries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus difficile a \u00e9t\u00e9 de servir aux clients les p\u00e2tisseries confectionn\u00e9es amoureusement. Il ne fallait surtout pas laisser tomber ces produits on ne peut plus d\u00e9licats\u2026\u2009! Une fois, une groseille de tartelette aux fruits est rest\u00e9e coinc\u00e9e dans la pince \u2013 et je n\u2019ai pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 l\u2019enlever\u2026<br>La \u00ab\u2009temp\u00eate\u2009\u00bb s\u2019est calm\u00e9e apr\u00e8s 13 heures, moment o\u00f9 les collaborateurs ont pu prendre leur pause de midi. J\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 que ceux qui restaient devaient encore entre autres nettoyer, ranger, d\u00e9baller des cartons, s\u2019occuper des commandes, le travail ne manquant pas.<br>L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, j\u2019arrivais \u00e0 emballer le pain presque comme une pro, les tranches de g\u00e2teau me posaient moins probl\u00e8me, et je trouvais les produits courants sur l\u2019\u00e9cran de la caisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bien-plus-que-de-la-vente\">Bien plus que de la \u00ab\u2009vente\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai aim\u00e9 cette journ\u00e9e pass\u00e9e derri\u00e8re le comptoir de vente, j\u2019ai beaucoup appris et suis rentr\u00e9e chez moi riche en exp\u00e9riences. C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier magnifique, il est exigeant et requiert des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux, de la passion et du savoir-faire. Le m\u00e9tier ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 \u00ab\u2009vendre\u2009\u00bb, c\u2019est bien plus que cela.
