Il s\u2019agit tout de m\u00eame des chevaliers du bon pain. Cette fa\u00e7on de faire est en constante \u00e9volution et am\u00e9lioration.<br>Des diff\u00e9rences existent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>donc entre les confr\u00e9ries\u2026<\/strong><br>RP\u2009: Oui, chaque confr\u00e9rie est autonome et poss\u00e8de ses sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s. L\u2019ordre essaie de mettre tout le monde d\u2019accord. Les Vaudois taxent directement chez les professionnels, par exemple. Les Valaisans ont essay\u00e9 de le faire. La base provient de l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont.<br>RP\u2009: Ils ont aussi \u00e9volu\u00e9 avec le temps. Depuis l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous jugeons \u00e9galement l\u2019odeur et le go\u00fbt de la cro\u00fbte. Autrefois, nous nous contentions de noter si elle \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A quoi est due cette \u00e9volution\u2009?<\/strong><br>RP\u2009: Nous avons d\u00e9couvert des fiches de taxation fran\u00e7aises sur internet. Elles traitaient de la cro\u00fbte. Nous avons trouv\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e int\u00e9ressante. Cela m\u2019a pris cinq ans pour la faire passer. La derni\u00e8re modification c\u2019\u00e9tait la cro\u00fbte, la prochaine pourrait bien concerner les allergies.
