Comme le dit si bien Roman Sch\u00e4r, \u00ab\u2009Truttikon est un village de 500 \u00e2mes\u2009\u00bb situ\u00e9 aux confins du canton de Zurich, le long de la route principale qui relie Schaffhouse \u00e0 Frauenfeld. Le boulanger et son \u00e9pouse Anita ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019y ouvrir leur boulangerie, baptis\u00e9e \u00ab\u2009Wyland-Beck\u2009\u00bb. C\u2019\u00e9tait il y a cinq ans. A cette \u00e9poque, de nombreuses boulangeries, qui semblaient pourtant mieux situ\u00e9es que la leur, p\u00e2tissaient des changements d\u2019habitudes des consommateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-privilegier-la-qualite\">\u00ab\u2009Privil\u00e9gier la qualit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contre toute attente, l\u2019entreprise de la famille Sch\u00e4r est une belle r\u00e9ussite. La cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s\u2009? \u00ab\u2009Aujourd\u2019hui pour que \u00e7a marche, il faut privil\u00e9gier la qualit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, professe Roman Sch\u00e4r, qui utilise en premi\u00e8re ligne des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res naturelles et locales. \u00ab\u2009Le beurre en est un bon exemple. D\u2019autant plus que, pour nous, le beurre est irrempla\u00e7able.\u2009\u00bb Pour quels produits le beurre est-il indispensable selon lui\u2009? \u00ab\u2009Un classique\u2009: le pain. C\u2019est le plus important, encore aujourd\u2019hui. Un boulanger devrait tout d\u2019abord faire du bon pain.\u2009\u00bb Suivent les p\u00e2tisseries au beurre. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par deux, trois sortes. Aujourd\u2019hui, notre assortiment prend de l\u2019ampleur, en diversit\u00e9 aussi bien qu\u2019en quantit\u00e9.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-grand-merci-aux-boulangeries\">Un grand merci aux boulangeries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s novembre, le beurre suisse sera \u00e0 nouveau au c\u0153ur de la promotion de Swissmilk en faveur des boulangers qui choisissent le beurre. Pour leur dire merci de privil\u00e9gier le beurre suisse, Swissmilk leur offre d\u2019attrayants cadeaux \u00e0 transmettre \u00e0 leurs clients.<br>Pour tout achat de 30\u202fkg de beurre suisse, les boulangeries re\u00e7oivent gratuitement un pr\u00e9sentoir avec vingt cabas fabriqu\u00e9s en PET recycl\u00e9, avec cartes-concours. Le boulanger peut ainsi montrer qu\u2019il mise sur des produits r\u00e9gionaux de haute qualit\u00e9. Son cabas sous le bras, le client repart en se r\u00e9jouissant des nombreux prix \u00e0 gagner dans le cadre du concours.<br>L\u2019action dure tout le mois de novembre\u2009; dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
