Repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans les deux comp\u00e9titions, la Suisse est rentr\u00e9e bredouille mais satisfaite.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Salon des m\u00e9tiers de bouche de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration a accueilli la Coupe d\u2019Europe de la boulangerie et le Mondial du pain, du 20 au 23\u202foctobre \u00e0 Nantes. Dans chacune des comp\u00e9titions, une \u00e9quipe suisse \u00e9tait engag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-points-positifs-pour-la-suite\">\u00abPoints positifs pour la suite\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beatriz Pires Martins (pi\u00e8ce artistique, Jubin, Courfaivre JU), Aur\u00e9lien Pr\u00eatre (pains, Hofmann, Reconvilier BE) et Morgan Tsch\u00e4pp\u00e4t (viennoiserie, Hofmann, Reconvilier BE) ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le pays \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne.<br>Coach\u00e9s par Olivier Hofmann, ils se sont mesur\u00e9s \u00e0 sept nations. Au terme du concours durant lequel chaque membre des trios \u00e9tait rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 un r\u00f4le bien d\u00e9fini, la victoire est revenue \u00e0 la France, suivie de l\u2019Italie et des Pays-Bas. \u00ab\u2009Le concours ne s\u2019est pas totalement pass\u00e9 comme esp\u00e9r\u00e9. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 un peu surpris par le temps\u2009\u00bb, commente Olivier Hofmann avant de pr\u00e9ciser. \u00ab\u2009Nous avions un beau programme. Si nous avions \u00e9t\u00e9 dans un bon jour, nous aurions pu largement esp\u00e9rer une place sur le podium.\u2009\u00bb Quelque peu d\u00e9\u00e7us du r\u00e9sultat, les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sont toutefois satisfaits de leur prestation. \u00ab\u2009Les erreurs commises durant ce concours ne sont que des points positifs pour la suite\u2009; donc aucun regret\u2009\u00bb, l\u00e2che Aur\u00e9lien Pr\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Je suis fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir pu participer \u00e0 cette coupe d\u2019Europe. Je pense en \u00eatre ressortie grandie\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<br>Beatriz Pires Martins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plaisir-et-serenite\">Plaisir et s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Mondial du pain, seize pays \u00e9taient en comp\u00e9tition. L\u2019unique bin\u00f4me 100\u202f% f\u00e9minin emmen\u00e9 par L\u00e9a Gaillet (Guillaume, Sugiez FR) et son commis M\u00e9lissa Pittet (Saudan, Fribourg) n\u2019a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se hisser sur le podium. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019\u00e9tait un beau mondial. L\u00e9a et M\u00e9lissa se sont fait plaisir et sont rest\u00e9es sereines\u2009\u00bb, retient leur coach Michael Roelli. L\u00e9a Gaillet s\u2019est dite heureuse d\u2019avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 tous les produits demand\u00e9s\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fortes sur certains et moins bonnes sur d\u2019autres.\u2009\u00bb Utilis\u00e9 pour les tartines, le pain perdu sal\u00e9 des Helv\u00e8tes a particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ress\u00e9 les jur\u00e9s. Cela n\u2019a toutefois pas permis aux jeunes femmes de d\u00e9crocher un prix sp\u00e9cial. Le Japon a remport\u00e9 cette 7e \u00e9dition, devant Ta\u00efwan et la France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que ce soit dans une ou l\u2019autre des comp\u00e9titions, les deux coachs ont signal\u00e9 un niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9.
