Depuis que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage, je suis charg\u00e9 de faire les sandwichs pendant que mes chefs font les p\u00e2tisseries. Lorsqu\u2019ils ont fini, ils m\u2019aident \u00e0 terminer la production sal\u00e9e. Je suis aussi responsable du stock de cette production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis presque un mois, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire les p\u00e2tisseries. Les cr\u00e8mes, les biscuits\u2026 sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 faits. Il ne reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 assembler et \u00e0 d\u00e9corer. Il n\u2019y a que le samedi o\u00f9 je fais encore la production sal\u00e9e. C\u2019est une grosse journ\u00e9e et il y a trop de p\u00e2tisseries \u00e0 confectionner. J\u2019avoue\u2009: faire les sandwichs n\u2019\u00e9tait pas mon moment pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e\u2009; m\u00eame si \u00e7a ne m\u2019emb\u00eatait pas plus que \u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abDepuis que je fais les p\u00e2tisseries avec M. Jacquet, les premi\u00e8res heures de la journ\u00e9e passent beaucoup plus vite.\u00bb<br><br>Depuis que je fais les p\u00e2tisseries avec M. La meringue pr\u00eate, je la parfume de zeste de citron. Puis, je l\u2019applique sur la tarte \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une petite spatule. Pendant que ma meringue tourne, je coupe les biscuits trop\u00e9ziennes en deux et les imbibe d\u2019un sirop citron. Mon chef s\u2019occupe de les terminer en y ajoutant de la cr\u00e8me et des framboises fra\u00eeches du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque matin est diff\u00e9rent. Ce n\u2019est pas tous les jours les m\u00eames p\u00e2tisseries qui sont propos\u00e9es au client.
