Elle y a solennellement fait \u00ab\u2009compagnon\u2009\u00bb 19 personnalit\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/fr\/news-panissimo\/galeries-de-photos\/galeries-2019\/la-confrerie-genevoise-des-chevaliers-du-bon-pain-1019\/\">Galerie de photos<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re Confr\u00e9rie des chevaliers du bon pain a vu le jour \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve en 1959. L\u2019id\u00e9e de sa cr\u00e9ation est n\u00e9e \u00e0 la suite des s\u00e9ances d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation de la qualit\u00e9 du pain. Instaur\u00e9es en 1958, ces taxations avaient pour but de promouvoir et de maintenir une certaine qualit\u00e9 du pain artisanal. En cr\u00e9ant cette confr\u00e9rie, les patrons boulangers genevois n\u2019avaient pas l\u2019intention d\u2019en garder l\u2019exclusivit\u00e9. Ils souhaitaient voir d\u2019autres associations cantonales adopter cette id\u00e9e. Les statuts permettaient une extension des confr\u00e9ries \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon national, voire international. C\u2019est ainsi que les cantons suivants ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 leur confr\u00e9rie\u2009: le Valais en 1962, Vaud en 1966, Fribourg en 68, le Jura en 1969, Neuch\u00e2tel en 1970 et le Tessin en 1971.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qualiteet-regionalite-essentielles\">Qualit\u00e9et r\u00e9gionalit\u00e9 essentielles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le week-end du 2\u202fnovembre, la confr\u00e9rie a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 son anniversaire en compagnie de repr\u00e9sentants de la politique et de l\u2019\u00e9conomie du canton. Parmi eux figuraient Robert Cramer, ancien membre du parlement, et Pierre Maudet, conseiller d\u2019Etat\u2009; tous deux compagnons des chevaliers genevois.<br>Avec humour et tr\u00e8s document\u00e9, le boulanger-confiseur St\u00e9phane Oberson s\u2019est charg\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9loge des dix-neuf futurs intronis\u00e9s. L\u2019assembl\u00e9e l\u2019a d\u2019ailleurs gratifi\u00e9 d\u2019une standing-ovation au terme de son intervention.<br>Dans son discours de bienvenue, il a mentionn\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la qualit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9gionalit\u00e9.
