La BCS re\u00e7oit de cette fondation CHF 50000.00 par ann\u00e9e pour la promotion de la jeunesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budgets BCS et Richemont:&nbsp;<\/strong>le budget de la BCS a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 par le CC. Les deux budgets de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont (SA de prestations et conseil de fondation) ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formation professionnelle et continue\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vente 2022<\/strong>: les connaissances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la branche (CGB) vont dispara\u00eetre dans le formation du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Ce sont 60&nbsp;le\u00e7ons qui \u00e9taient jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dispens\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle: des heures doivent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les jours de CI suppl\u00e9mentaires. Lisa Frunz, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail, craint que l\u2019AFP s\u2019en trouve affaiblie (du fait de la r\u00e9duction du nombre de jours de CI et de la suppression des CGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Examen professionnel des sp\u00e9cialistes de la branche:&nbsp;<\/strong>les examens professionnels th\u00e9oriques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en octobre \u00e0 Richemont. Les membres recevront un courrier dans ce sens dans le courant du mois de d\u00e9cembre. Ces derniers doivent entrer ou actualiser leurs donn\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du mois de janvier. Les membres non enregistr\u00e9s d\u2019ici au mois de f\u00e9vrier se verront facturer le montant maximal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>: il est prescrit et absolument important d\u2019initier tous les nouveaux collaborateurs \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, et de le documenter d\u00fbment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EPS 2020:&nbsp;<\/strong>suite \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance d\u2019information sur le cours EPS (examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur) \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne, 8&nbsp;des 16&nbsp;participants ont manifest\u00e9 un int\u00e9r\u00eat s\u00e9rieux \u00e0 commencer la formation continue en&nbsp;2020. Les interventions, qui exigent toutes un renforcement de l\u2019obligation de d\u00e9claration, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sans concertation avec la BCS. \u00abCette probl\u00e9matique est importante pour nous et il y a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019agir\u00bb, a fait remarquer Hotz. Il faut n\u00e9anmoins faire preuve de prudence pour \u00e9viter que les entreprises artisanales ne soient confront\u00e9es \u00e0 de nouvelles r\u00e9glementations en raison d\u2019un renforcement des d\u00e9clarations, et qu\u2019il n\u2019en r\u00e9sulte des charges administratives suppl\u00e9mentaires, en cas de modification de la loi sur les denr\u00e9es alimentaires notamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9union de session<\/strong>: la traditionnelle r\u00e9union de session aura lieu le 10&nbsp;d\u00e9cembre. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Loi cantonale sur l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et la restauration<\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>une motion de la Thurgovie a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors de la s\u00e9ance du CC; elle exige une loi sur la restauration moderne, en vue de maintenir la diversit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Renforcement du partenariat social:&nbsp;<\/strong>le partenariat social joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la r\u00e9ussite de la Suisse. Selon Urs Wellauer, il est donc d\u2019autant plus regrettable que l\u2019on tende \u00e0 contourner les conventions collectives de travail d\u00e9clar\u00e9es de force obligatoire avec des dispositions cantonales sur des points essentiels tels que le salaire minimum. La motion du Conseiller aux Etats Isidor Baumann contribue \u00e0 renforcer le partenariat social. Cette intervention est soutenue par une large alliance d\u2019associations, dont la BCS.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/inhalte\/03_dokumente\/politik\/allgemein\/MM_Mo_Baumann_F.PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Communiqu\u00e9 aux medias<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communication et marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FBK 2019+<\/strong>: les n\u00e9gociations relatives \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de la FBK vont bon train. La marche \u00e0 suivre sera claire, d\u00e9but 2020 au plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Campagne sur la d\u00e9mence #perso<\/strong>: les pr\u00e9paratifs de la campagne #perso de Pro Senectute et Alzheimer Suisse vont bon train. Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 fin novembre. Tous les services de l\u2019association et de ses institutions sont d\u00e9sormais list\u00e9s dans un documen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Good news<\/strong>: la rubrique \u00abgood news\u00bb se trouve sur l\u2019avant-derni\u00e8re page de \u00abpanissimo\u00bb depuis le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt. Objectif: montrer qu\u2019il y a dans les m\u00e9dias de nombreux articles sur notre secteur artisanal, et qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9valent nettement sur les critiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e9rie sur le sucre, le sel et Nutri-score:&nbsp;<\/strong>depuis fin septembre para\u00eet dans \u00abpanissimo\u00bb et en ligne une s\u00e9rie r\u00e9dactionnelle visant \u00e0 contrer les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et diff\u00e9rentes organisations en vue de r\u00e9duire encore le sel et le sucre, et d\u2019introduire des feux de signalisation alimentaires (Nutri-score).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-divers\">Divers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strat\u00e9gie BCS\/Ecole professionnelle Richemont:<\/strong>&nbsp;lors de sa prochaine s\u00e9ance pr\u00e9vue les 1 et 2&nbsp;d\u00e9cembre, le CC statuera sur la future strat\u00e9gie de la BCS et de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont. Le CC a par ailleurs d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre sur pied un groupe de travail pour la future strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rencontre des cantons et des r\u00e9gions: le 21&nbsp;janvier<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une rencontre entre les pr\u00e9sidents et secr\u00e9taires des cantons\/r\u00e9gions aura lieu le 21&nbsp;janvier \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne.
