La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition aura lieu du 16 au 19 janvier 2021 \u00e0 Berne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBK va devenir le rendez-vous de la branche de l\u2019ensemble de la production artisanale et industrielle d\u2019aliments et de boissons. Son nouveau nom: \u00abFBK plus\u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement aura lieu tous les deux ans sur le site de Bernexpo \u00e0 Berne, la premi\u00e8re fois du 16 au 19 janvier 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-rendez-vous-de-la-branche-alimentaire\">Le rendez-vous de la branche alimentaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La manifestation \u00e9labor\u00e9e par le Groupe Bernexpo en collaboration avec l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) s\u2019adresse avant tout \u00e0 des exposants et des visiteurs des secteurs de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, de la viande et des produits carn\u00e9s, du lait et du fromage, de l\u2019emballage, de la \u00abconvenience\u00bb et des boissons chaudes et froides. Sous la forme d\u2019un salon professionnel alli\u00e9 \u00e0 des plates-formes pour des manifestations sectorielles et des forums sur l\u2019innovation et d\u2019autres th\u00e8mes, elle repr\u00e9sentera et couvrira sur le fond l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur ajout\u00e9e, dans les domaines suivants: mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et additifs, transformation-valorisation-d\u00e9coration, remplissage et emballage, hygi\u00e8ne et qualit\u00e9, d\u00e9veloppement durable et environnement, et vente et num\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meilleure-solution\">Meilleure solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le directeur de la BCS Urs Wellauer est tr\u00e8s satisfait de la solution n\u00e9goci\u00e9e: \u00abNous maintenons ainsi notre rendez-vous sectoriel, tout en cr\u00e9ant un \u00e9largissement enrichissant au sein de la branche alimentaire et avec celle des producteurs de boissons.\u00bb Les n\u00e9gociations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 longues et difficiles. Le paysage suisse des salons est en pleine mutation. Diff\u00e9rents salons enregistrent un recul du nombre d\u2019exposants et de visiteurs. D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de solutions novatrices et prospectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-juin-a-janvier\">De juin \u00e0 janvier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBK \u00e9tait initialement pr\u00e9vue en juin 2021.
