Le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS Silvan Hotz a par ailleurs relev\u00e9 l\u2019importance des SwissSkills et des WorldSkills, \u00abqui contribuent non seulement \u00e0 assurer la rel\u00e8ve, mais encore \u00e0 soigner l\u2019image de notre branche\u00bb. Le vice-pr\u00e9sident Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger a pour sa part \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la conjoncture difficile pour nos membres. Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprise doivent se d\u00e9mener avec toujours plus de travaux administratifs, et ne peuvent ainsi se consacrer \u00e0 la production.
