A Yverdon-les-Bains (VD), le site de la zone industrielle Pr\u00e9s du Lac remplacera celui de Pully (VD) vendu \u00e0 GastroVaud. Les premiers cours interentreprises devraient y \u00eatre donn\u00e9s \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger, pouvez-vous bri\u00e8vement pr\u00e9senter les lieux\u2009?<\/strong><br>La parcelle appartient \u00e0 deux propri\u00e9taires qui poss\u00e8dent chacun un b\u00e2timent\u2009: la Fondation de Verdeil qui s\u2019occupe d\u2019enfants en difficult\u00e9 et la CIBM. Pour rappel, les boulangers-confiseurs romands sont les uniques propri\u00e9taires de la CIBM. Nous avions rachet\u00e9 les parts des meuniers en vue de la vente de l\u2019immeuble de Pully. Toutefois, juridiquement, cela s\u2019appelle toujours CIBM. Entre autres espaces, notre immeuble comprendra le nouveau centre Richemont, des bureaux, une grande salle commune et des locaux \u00e0 louer. Les trois-quarts de ces derniers ont d\u2019ailleurs trouv\u00e9 preneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 fait depuis l\u2019annoncede l\u2019acquisition\u2009?<\/strong><br>Nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 toutes les affaires notariales. Il a fallu r\u00e9organiser totalement la PPE, car le vendeur en \u00e9tait le pr\u00e9sident. Nous avons eu passablement de s\u00e9ances avec le notaire et l\u2019ancien propri\u00e9taire. Avec Richemont, nous avons rapidement tout mis en \u0153uvre pour assumer toutes les prestations de l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 Pully avec, en plus, l\u2019ajout des cours interentreprises production, boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelle est la situation \u00e0 ce jour\u2009?<\/strong><br>Actuellement, le gros des travaux r\u00e9side dans la construction d\u2019un \u00e9tage de 400\u202fm2 suppl\u00e9mentaires de bureau. C\u2019\u00e9tait une condition du vendeur. Fabriquant de charpentes m\u00e9talliques, il vendait le b\u00e2timent avec ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et au niveau de l\u2019am\u00e9nagementdu centre Richemont\u2009?<\/strong><br>Les plans d\u00e9finitifs sont pr\u00eats. Il ne reste plus que quelques d\u00e9tails\u2009: puissances des prises, positions des luminaires\u2026 Pratiquement toutes les offres sont rentr\u00e9es. Nous les examinons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles sont les prochaines \u00e9tapes\u2009?<\/strong><br>Nous devons pr\u00e9parer le local avec les arriv\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, les \u00e9vacuations d\u2019eau, la climatisation\u2026<br>A ce propos, une demande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>de permis a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire\u2026<\/strong><br>Oui, d\u00e8s le moment que nous installons une climatisation, nous devons demander une autorisation. Les pr\u00e9avis sont favorables. La demande est en cours. Cette installation \u00e9tait absolument n\u00e9cessaire afin de pouvoir donner des cours toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e. (\u2026) Nous voulions un espace optimal pour accueillir les cours de formation, de formation continue et interentreprises. Nous avons d\u2019ailleurs demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Richemont de nous pr\u00e9parer dans ces 400\u202fm2 une salle polyvalente qui puisse assumer cette fonction. Nous nous occupons de la mise en place de la solution. Ils deviendront locataires de la surface et du mat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quand le nouveau centredevrait-il \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel\u2009?<\/strong><br>Pully doit \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9 au 30\u202fjuin au plus tard. Je garde toujours espoir que nous puissions d\u00e9m\u00e9nager \u00e0 la fin mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les premiers cours interentreprises pourront donc avoir lieu ici l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine\u2009?<\/strong><br>Oui, d\u00e8s le mois de septembre. Chaque cantonale a donn\u00e9 son feu vert. Cela ne veut pas dire qu\u2019ils seront l\u00e0 d\u00e8s demain, mais les pr\u00e9avis sont favorables. Nous esp\u00e9rons donc remplir au plus vite les salles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pully \u2013 Yverdon, qui sera du voyage d\u2019ici \u00e0 la fin juin\u2009?<\/strong><br>Concr\u00e8tement, il y aura les bureaux de la CIBM, de la Romande et celui de S\u00e9bastien Knecht de Richemont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La fiduciaire\u2009?<\/strong><br>Nous leur avons ouvert la porte, dans l\u2019id\u00e9e de faire d\u2019Yverdon la maison de la boulangerie. Pour le moment, nous n\u2019avons pas de r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La vente de Pully, la recherche du nouvel emplacement et sa mise en place ont pris du temps, selon certains. Que leur r\u00e9pondez-vous\u2009?<\/strong><br>C\u2019est une longue histoire, c\u2019est vrai. Il a toutefois fallu ce temps pour mettre en place les conditions-cadres pour bien vendre, bien acheter, bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux infrastructures\u2026 Cela demande du temps.
