Dans son blog, elle nous explique les raisons de son amour pour la boulangerie-confiserie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon repas pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 est le brunch. J\u2019aime les longs petits-d\u00e9jeuners copieux, et la tresse fra\u00eeche et le croissant qui vont avec. Je ne sais pas comment je ferais sans pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon m\u00e9tier de chanteuse et de pr\u00e9sentatrice m\u2019oblige \u00e0 des d\u00e9placements fr\u00e9quents et j\u2019ai souvent juste le temps de manger un encas rapide, en route ou avant le prochain rendez-vous. J\u2019opte habituellement pour un sandwich et des fruits. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les sandwiches \u00e0 la dinde ou au fromage, avec du pain fonc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9peautre ou aux graines, qui rassasie plus longtemps. J\u2019aime \u00e9videmment m\u2019offrir une petite douceur avec cela\u2009; un d\u00e9licieux pralin\u00e9 confectionn\u00e9 avec passion par exemple, sachant que j\u2019attache une grande importance \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019artisanat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 cacher mon amour pour l\u2019artisanat et pour la boulangerie artisanale\u2009; il n\u2018y a donc rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant \u00e0 ce que le secteur de la boulangerie l\u2019ait d\u00e9couvert un jour. Du 8 au 13\u202fseptembre, je pr\u00e9senterai pour la troisi\u00e8me fois \u00e0 Berne les championnats suisses des m\u00e9tiers, les SwissSkills, pour l\u2019association des boulangers-confiseurs suisses.<br>C\u2019est impressionnant de voir ce dont sont capables les jeunes professionnels de la boulangerie, de la confiserie et du commerce de d\u00e9tail. Ils travaillent avec tellement de dext\u00e9rit\u00e9, de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d\u2019amour pour le m\u00e9tier. A cette occasion, j\u2019aime regarder par-dessus l\u2019\u00e9paule des candidates et candidats et essayer de familiariser le public avec le m\u00e9tier et le concours.<br>A notre stand, \u00e7a sent bon toute la journ\u00e9e le chocolat et le pain frais\u2009; qui pourrait refuser un tel engagement\u2009? Comme je suis debout toute la journ\u00e9e, je craque de temps en temps pour un succulent pralin\u00e9 ou une petite tresse, en toute bonne conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Linda F\u00e4h<\/strong> est pr\u00e9sentatrice et chanteuse. Son troisi\u00e8me album s\u2019intitule \u00ab\u2009Herzschlag\u2009\u00bb.
