Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sup\u00e9rieurs aux co\u00fbts. Telle est la conclusion de l\u2019\u00e9tude effectu\u00e9e par l\u2019Observatoire suisse de la formation professionnelle (OBS IFFP).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 de formation doit \u00eatre rentable pour que les entreprises s\u2019engagent activement en faveur de la rel\u00e8ve et forment des apprentis. Or, la 4e \u00e9tude sur les co\u00fbts et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la formation professionnelle initiale r\u00e9v\u00e8le que dans l\u2019ensemble, la formation des apprentis est un engagement profitable pour ces derni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e sur mandat du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation. Au total, 5712 entreprises formatrices et 4064 non formatrices ont r\u00e9pondu au questionnaire en ligne. Outre les formations professionnelles initiales de trois et quatre ans sanctionn\u00e9es par un certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de capacit\u00e9 (CFC), l\u2019enqu\u00eate porte pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur les formations professionnelles initiales de deux ans sanctionn\u00e9s par une attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de formation professionnelle (AFP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rapport-cout-benefice-positif\">Rapport co\u00fbt-b\u00e9n\u00e9fice positif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes professions confondues, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 un peu plus de 3000\u202ffrancs en moyenne par ann\u00e9e et contrat d\u2019apprentissage pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e de formation 2016-2017. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net se d\u00e9finit comme \u00e9tant la valeur des travaux productifs effectu\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode de formation (prestations productives) moins les co\u00fbts de formation (co\u00fbts bruts).<br>Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net par contrat d\u2019apprentissage atteint en moyenne 10\u2009430\u202ffrancs pour les formations AFP et CFC sur trois ans. Les formations CFC sur quatre ans pr\u00e9sentent aussi un rapport co\u00fbt-b\u00e9n\u00e9fice positif. Il s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve en moyenne \u00e0 8630\u202ffrancs \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au total, 63\u202f% des entreprises ont enregistr\u00e9 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net, alors que les co\u00fbts ont pr\u00e9valu pour 37\u202f% d\u2019entre elles \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises formatrices peuvent r\u00e9aliser un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice suppl\u00e9mentaire en employant les apprentis \u00e0 l\u2019issue de leur formation. Elles peuvent ainsi \u00e9conomiser les frais occasionn\u00e9s par le recrutement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et son int\u00e9gration dans l\u2019entreprise\u2009; de l\u2019ordre de 10\u2009700\u202ffrancs par contrat d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etude\u2009:<\/strong> <a href=\"about:blank\">bit.ly\/37evY34<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-evolution-des-activites\">Evolution des activit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude co\u00fbt-b\u00e9n\u00e9fice, les activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es par les apprentis dans l\u2019entreprise ont \u00e9volu\u00e9. Dans les formations CFCde trois et quatre ans,les apprentis sont davantage engag\u00e9s dans des activit\u00e9s productives normalement accomplies par une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre non qualifi\u00e9e au lieu de t\u00e2ches productives sinon ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es par une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-politique-transformation-non-desiree\">Politique\u2009: transformation non d\u00e9sir\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du point de vue de la politique de formation, une telle \u00e9volution n\u2019est pas souhaitable. Les apprentis doivent \u00eatre form\u00e9s en tant que main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e dans l\u2019optique de leur activit\u00e9 future. On demande donc que les travaux plus exigeants qui conviennent soient exerc\u00e9s d\u00e8s l\u2018apprentissage, pour \u00e9viter tout manque de pratique et\/ou d\u2019exp\u00e9rience apr\u00e8s la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-couts-bruts-pres-de-6-milliards\">Co\u00fbts bruts\u2009: pr\u00e8s de 6\u202fmilliards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rapports co\u00fbt-b\u00e9n\u00e9fice extrapol\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble de la Suisse soulignent l\u2019importance \u00e9conomique de la formation des apprentis\u2009: globalement, les co\u00fbts bruts de toutes les entreprises suisses pour la formation professionnelle initiale s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent chaque ann\u00e9e<br>\u00e0 plus de 5,6\u202fmilliardsde francs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La formation des apprentis est une affaire rentable, pour la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises formatrices en Suisse.
