La FBKplus aura lieu du 16 au 19 janvier 2021 dans les halls de Bernexpo Bern.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la FBK en mars 2019, il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9vident que ce salon n&#8217;existerait plus sous cette forme. Depuis, des n\u00e9gociations intensives ont eu lieu entre la BCS et diff\u00e9rents acteurs du march\u00e9 des expositions.<br>Hier, la futur FBK a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux repr\u00e9sentants des entreprises du secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie \u00e0 Berne. \u00ab Un bon pain, avec une longue conduite de p\u00e2te n\u00e9cessite du temps \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le directeur de la BCS, Urs Wellauer, dans son introduction. \u00ab Nous ne voulions pas vous pr\u00e9senter un travail pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9, mais un concept bien m\u00fbri. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sur-les-solides-bases-de-la-fbk\">Sur les solides bases de la FBK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab 1 rendez-vous national pour le secteur &#8211; 4 villages \u00e0 th\u00e8mes &#8211; 200 exposants &#8211; 20000 visiteurs \u00bb, c&#8217;est ainsi que la FBKplus est annonc\u00e9e sur son site web. Une nouvelle version de la FBK avec un repositionnement aurait du sens \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards, a expliqu\u00e9 le responsable du projet Christian Rudin : \u00ab Nous voulons continuer \u00e0 nous appuyer sur les bases solides de la FBK. C\u2019est pourquoi, nous gardons le nom principal. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-ensemble-de-la-chaine-de-valeur\">L&#8217;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&#8217;avenir, les exposants couvriront l&#8217;ensemble de la cha\u00eene alimentaire : de la production des denr\u00e9es alimentaires \u2013 comprenant les boulangers-confiseurs et d\u00e9sormais les bouchers, les fromagers, les transformateurs de lait, les producteurs de boissons et de plats cuisin\u00e9s \u2013 au secteur de l&#8217;emballage. \u00ab Nous avons constat\u00e9 que des besoins semblables existent ici, quels que soient les domaines. \u00bb Ce secteur regroupe environ 5000 entreprises et pr\u00e8s de 90 000 employ\u00e9s, selon M. Rudin. L&#8217;exposition vise \u00e0 r\u00e9unir l&#8217;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur : mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et additifs ; transformation, valeur ajout\u00e9e et d\u00e9coration ; remplissage et emballage ; hygi\u00e8ne et qualit\u00e9 ; durabilit\u00e9 et environnement ; vente et num\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-forum-de-l-innovation\">Forum de l&#8217;innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le futur forum de l&#8217;innovation doit \u00eatre un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Durant quatre jours, diff\u00e9rents sujets seront abord\u00e9s sur cette sc\u00e8ne. Il y aura non seulement des conf\u00e9rences, mais aussi des discussions, des remises de prix, des championnats, etc. Cet espace est con\u00e7u comme une attraction suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les visiteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-villages-a-theme\">Villages \u00e0 th\u00e8me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les villages th\u00e9matiques constitueront un autre point fort. Ils seront ax\u00e9s sur l&#8217;emballage, la durabilit\u00e9, les solutions alimentaires et le num\u00e9rique. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une plate-forme de contact efficace et de conception ouverte. Autre nouveaut\u00e9 pour les exposants : conclure un partenariat avec la FBKplus, qui offre aux exposants int\u00e9ress\u00e9s des possibilit\u00e9s de communication cr\u00e9atives et innovantes, selon les organisateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-producteurs-de-denrees-alimentaires-et-de-boissons\">Producteurs de denr\u00e9es alimentaires et de boissons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBKplus veut se diff\u00e9rencier clairement des autres salons suisses dans le secteur de l&#8217;alimentation et de la gastronomie. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements alimentaires tels que les festivals de cuisine de rue attirent les consommateurs finaux, selon M. Rudin. Le principal groupe cible des salons de l\u2019h\u00f4teli\u00e8re et de la restauration (Igeho, Zagg) provient principalement de ces deux secteurs. La FBKplus s&#8217;adresse avant tout aux producteurs artisanaux de denr\u00e9es alimentaires et de boissons.<br>Les stands des salons ne devront pas \u00eatre r\u00e9partis par secteurs, mais plut\u00f4t m\u00e9lang\u00e9s. Les organisateurs veulent ainsi assurer un flux \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 de visiteurs et promouvoir la mise en r\u00e9seau intersectorielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-du-samedi-au-mardi\">Du samedi au mardi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBKplus durera quatre jours. Elle se d\u00e9roulera du samedi 16 janvier au mardi 19 janvier 2021 sur le site de Bernexpo \u00e0 Berne. Les heures d&#8217;ouverture seront de 9 \u00e0 17 heures. Ce salon de l&#8217;alimentation se tiendra tous les deux ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin avril, les exposants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#8217;une r\u00e9duction pour r\u00e9servation anticip\u00e9e.
