Recouvrir d\u2019eau chaude. Laisser reposer pendant env. 1 heure. Le bicarbonate de sodium ramollit les dattes. Plus la qualit\u00e9 des dattes est bonne, plus elles sont tendres, plus elles se d\u00e9sagr\u00e8gent facilement, plus le produit reste humide.<br>Masse \u00e0 pudding aux dattes.<br>Fabriquer la masse. Ajouter toute la masse aux dattes, y compris l\u2019eau, et m\u00e9langer. Incorporer la farine et utiliser aussit\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remplir<\/strong><br>Remplir des moules Flexipan*&nbsp;avec la masse et cuire.
